Access by pedestrian walkway front side and 6 car next steps.

You can park close to the apartment to unload heavy things.

The entrance hall (6m2) serves the toilet (1m2) and 2 cupboards on the left, the room on the right (9m2) (in the room, the air conditioning is programmed to 20h at 8am but an oscillating wall fan can take Relay aircon and effectively keep mosquitoes).

Near the bedroom, the bathroom (3m2). The kitchen (4m2, American style) is adjacent to the living room (13m2), separated himself from the terrace through a large window. The terrace (14m2) overlooks a garden (25m2)

The pool is very clean (every Monday). The unit is managed by a trustee. We share the pool with the other residents, but it is free most of the time because of the 26 apartments, about 7 or 8 are permanently occupied since many owners live in France.

CLOSE:

At 300 m, a small supermarket. At 1300 m, on the road to St. Francis: Leader-Price - Ecomax - Pharmacy - Bakery (open at 6:30 in the morning) and especially ... The Wood range - Jolan

LOCATION -

The 'Clos du Moulin' is Ffrench, a locality at the exit of Sainte-Anne, when you take the road to Saint-François. The 1st roundabout, take the road signposted Bois-Jolan Beach '. It is about 250 meters away and the residence is on the left just after the bend (the 351).

The beach of Bois-Jolan, with shallow water is 1.800 km.

The beach of Sainte-Anne, with parking, ideal for swimming, especially with children is 2 km (5min by car)

The beach of Club Med, at the exit of Sainte-Anne towards Pointe à Pitre is popular for water sports.

Nearby, there is also the mold for surfers.

Nous venons de passer une semaine dans cet appartement très agréable où rien ne manque et tenue par une propriétaire soucieuse du moindre détail pour faire plaisir à ses hôtes. Grand avantage également : il est dans une résidence au calme. Que du bonheur ! Une adresse à conserver et à recommander. Nous espérons quant à nous pouvoir y retourner un jour.

Le clos du Moulin

Très belle location dans une résidence calme avec jardin magnifique très bien entretenu avec un accueil particulièrement chaleureux de la propriétaire. L'appartement correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Rien à dire de plus sauf y retourner.

Séjour au calme

Un séjour de cinq semaines dans un appartement conforme à la description, très propre, bien équipé, dans une résidence sécurisée, calme et très agréable. La piscine, le jardin... tout est fait pour des vacances au calme, tout en étant tout près de la plage et de Ste Anne, sans oublier l'accueil très chaleureux et la gentillesse de la propriétaire qui est très à l'écoute . Nous y reviendrons certainement si nous le pouvons.

confort calme et souci de l'accueil

Après un mois passé dans cet appartement, à 2 ou 3 personnes, je confirme toutes les bonnes impressions exprimées par les précédents visiteurs concernant les équipements, le confort ou la documentation. Un niveau de confort satisfaisant dans une résidence calme et sécurisée. Un accueil très attentionné et sympathique de la propriétaire qui a rempli sa location de bonnes attentions pour votre arrivée, vous amène de suite à se trouver bien dans cette résidence qui par sa conjoncture et sa situation peut convenir à tous.

A tel point que ce mois a paru bien court !!!!!

Séjour au soleil en plein hiver (février 2012)

Excellent séjour du 4 au 17 février 2012. Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire.

Logement au calme, bien équipé, très fonctionnel, spacieux (nous étions 2), tout à fait conforme à l'annonce.

On y trouve également une bonne documentation sur la Guadeloupe et les sites à ne pas manquer, la connexion wi-fi, la TV avec de très nombreuses chaînes locales, mais aussi celles que l'on connaît en métropole. Cette résidence sécurisée se trouve en dehors de Sainte Anne tout en étant proche du centre ville, ce qui est un avantage non négligeable, et à proximité immédiate, environ 300 m, de la route principale Sainte Anne-Saint François. C'est exactement le genre de logement et la situation que nous recherchions. La Guadeloupe est magnifique, et nous n'en n'avons pas vu un quart.... A ne pas manquer : le jardin botanique de Deshaies, les sorties sur les îles de Marie Galante et des Saintes, les distilleries, les marchés colorés, les très plages un peu partout (la liste est longue), les petits restaurants créoles, etc... etc... Il faut plusieurs séjours pour connaître un peu mieux cette merveilleuse île. De plus nous avons profité d'un temps magnifique alors que c'était la pire période hivernale en métropole.

Nous conseillons donc fortement la Guadeloupe et ce logement en particulier. Remerciements encore une fois à Mme Sylviane G. pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Alain et Maud (de l'Oise)
