The villa is surrounded by a veranda with stone arcades.

At guests’ disposal: large and well kept furnished garden with lawn and decorated with typical Mediterranean scrub’s plants, swimming pool (6 m x 12 m – maximum depth 3 m – open from 15/05 to 30/09), outdoor well stocked kitchen with barbecue and wood burning oven. The house has air-conditioning. Parking within the property. Presence of a guardian who take care of the garden.

Ground floor: living room with stone fireplace, dining area, well stocked kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with some original characteristic Sicilian traditional elements, double bedroom, twin bedded room, dressing room and ensuite bathroom, bathroom with tub, decorated with typical Sicilian majolica.
