ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ::
Sewing kit, first aid kit, chess and playing cards are available. Internet access via Wifi plus a desktop computer to allow you to surf on internet. The apartment is furnished with top quality furniture. Kids beach toys available. DVD's available. SWIMMING POOLS: Two, one for adults and one for children. Both of them are heated. The complex is a residential one. Strict rules apply at the pool: no inflatables, no ball games, no glass (glass bottles or glasses), no food at the pool, no walking around in the corridors in a bathing suit or wet, no reservation of sunbeds etc...SECURITY: There is a receptionist at the main reception during the day, and a night watchman. The building has video surveillance, with screens in every reception, and direct access of the surveillance screens on internet. A safe is at your disposal to keep your valuables.LOCATION:Terrazas del Duque II has three receptions. Your apartment is accessible through the main luxurious and very spacious reception (Helsinki)
EL DUQUE AREA ::
The prestigious El Duque area hosts several 5 star hotels among which one of the leading hotels in the world 'Bahia del Duque', who frequently hosts famous people (i.e. Jennifer Lopez, Sting or famous soccer players). You will love shopping at the 'Plaza Del Duque' commercial centre where you will find designer shops, fine restaurants and bars (French restaurant 'Chez Bébert', English restaurant 'The Willow Tree', Spanish restaurant 'La Hacienda', etc. etc.)
The El Duque Shopping Centre hosts many other elegant shops and restaurants, a supermarket, and a very famous fitness club, managed by Mr. Universe and Mrs. Olympia. You can see them every day in the evening, and they can coach you personally.
In the same block, there are 5 banks (Lloyds, Barclays Bank, Caja Canarias, CAM and BBVA), and nice shops (Lacoste etc...).
ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES:
The apartment is available from 12AM onwards.
Departures should not take place after 12AM in order to unable to clean the apartment. However, if there is no arrival until later in the day or the following day, departure can take place at any time on request at no supplement.
