Great value for families

I priced out over 30 comparable rentals on VRBO for the spring break time frame and this home was one of the best values. Most often times you get what you pay for, but not here. This home had a fantastic pool - nice for the kids to hang out in after a day at the parks - and wireless internet, the two main features we were looking for. Though the furniture, appliances, and plumbing fixtures were a little dated, the place was very clean. I highly recommend this place for small families going to Disney.

Awesome Vacation Experience

Our vacation in this home was fantastic. The home is exactly as shown on the website. Very clean and bright. The owner was very helpful with all the arrangements during the booking process. We met the managing agent while we were there and he is a super nice fellow. We enjoyed the lake view with the alligator sightings, muscovy ducks, ibis and herons. This is our 4th trip to Kissimmee. Previously we have stayed in a condo on a resort. From now on we will always rent a home. It was so nice to come home after a long day of parks and sight seeing to relax by the pool and enjoy the quiet and peaceful surroundings. It is only a few miles off the Interstate 92, close to all shopping, restaurants and theme parks. We would highly recomment this property to anyone.

Quaint Villa * Peaceful * Comfortable* Perfect!

Very friendly owners! They answered all my questions quickly and booking went very smoothly. Villa is really very quaint and comfortable and we looked forward to coming back to relax after being on the go from morning to evening. We slept extremely well in the beds, and everything you need for your stay was here. Pool was absolutely beautiful and we loved having the lake as a backdrop. This villa was perfect for our family of 3! There was still another bedroom available, but with only 3 of us, we didn't have the need to use it. The location was perfect to get to different parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend your villa to anyone staying in the area!
