Beach side Villa is an executive style home : in a quiet location overlooking lake. Close to sandy white beaches and golf course on beach front. Shops and amenities close by. Port Kennedy is situated between Rockingham and Mandurah seaside resorts. In Rockingham take time out to go swimming with the dolphins, sail boarding, kite surfing, jet skiing etc. You can wade out to Penquin island (on the sand bar) or catch the boat. Relax on the grassed parks at the beach or dine on the cappuccino strip opposite. In Mandurah why not take a boat trip around the executive canal homes. Dolphins are quite often seen swimming in the canals or Rockingham bay (Shoalwater bay).

Other Activities: swim with the dolpins, jet ski-ing, kite surfing

This is an excellent property to stay in. We stayed here for 3 weeks. It has everything you need and more. Very clean and comfortable, and thank god for the pool table as it kept our 2 boys entertained. I would recommend this holiday home to everybody.

We all enjoyed going in the pool and playing on the pool table. We spent many evenings outside having a barbie. Loved the 4 padded sunloungers while the guys cooked. The house was just like home from home with heaps of room and everything was provided so that we needed for nothing. The kids loved the bunks and the playground across from the house. What a view the lake is. Thankyou Trish for all your help and the welcome pack was just what the doctor ordered after the long flight. A great start to our new lives in Australia. I will definately recommend this house to anyone wishing to stay in it. The house was spotless and the sheets so thick and luxurious. The house was much better than the photo's give it credit.
Nearby p.k tavern is an excellent pub for the family and children with excellent meals at very reasonable prices. Saw the dolpins swimming just 6 metres off shore which was a truly awesome site. No sharks thankgoodness though. The shops are only 1 km away with everything you need i.e chemist, petrol, grog, take aways and supermarkets etc.
