The villa has been recently restored preserving its original architectural features and turned into a private comfortable country accommodation offering tastefully furnished interiors:nice pictures and precious furnitures give a special touch to the typical Tuscan style . The owners of the property live in a restored barn situated next to the villa.
Distances: the small village of San Martino alla Palma with food shops 1,5 km, Scandicci with all kinds of shops 5 km, Florence centre 10 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km. The location is ideal to visit the most beautiful and renowned area of Tuscany.
At guests’ disposal: beautiful terraced garden offering panoramic views, above-ground swimming-pool (5,3 x 2,8 m – maximum depth 1,2 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue. Laundry with washing-machine and ironing facilities available. Parking within the grounds. The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx. 800 m.
Extra services: baby bed available free of charge. Extra bed available on request ( € 80,- / per week). Internet access available at € 30,- / per week. By arrangement the owners of the villa organize for their guests nice Tuscan dinners. 360 m2.
