My family and I recently stayed at one of the above apartments ( Sadaf 6) on the 25th floor. Took a little time to get used to the height. The apartment was lovely, very clean and everything you could possibly need was supplied, even down to a computer. In the main bedroom, the bed although very comfortable was on the floor. This may prove difficult if you have back problems. All rooms very spacious and plenty of storage place.
The building has a 24 hour security guard coverage, all the guards were very friendly and helpful.
Residents can use any one of the swimming pools which is quite handy as in the morning you find if you are a sun worshipper you are chasing the sun as it passes between the apartment blocks.
The beach is just across the road and you can use a lift down to the beach rather than use the steps.
There are plenty of restaurants, the Mexican restaurant is a must and a supermarket near by. There are also plenty of take aways who will deliver if you can't be bothered going out.
Taxis are very cheap and plentiful. We visited lots of places, we did a Dhow cruise with dinner one evening, cruising down the creeks, it was fantastic.A must is the Wild Wadi water park, good fun. The Madinat is also a must, can recommend the Moroccan restaurant there.
The admin team were great, my contact was a guy called Alfie, I had to change my booking, not a problem. The paperwork was delivered after a couple of days.We were also transported to and from the airport and our driver was a pleasure.
The only down side has to be the construction work that is going on but after a couple of days you don't even notice it, in fact you look to see the progress they have made from the day before.Once it is all finished it will be fantastic.
A thoroughly enjoyable holiday and we can't wait to go again.
