The Studio Riviera is more than a simple studio. Bright and formidably structured well thanks to its alcove, it takes the dimension of a young 2 rooms flat opening by a wide plate glass window on an attractive terrace and garden view. Very quiet although being situated in the heart of the city.

The advantages : the nearness of the sea and the beaches(), the air conditioning, the terrace, its underground private parking lot.

Ideally placed well and very quiet, this studio is situated at just a few meters of the sea, in the street which leads to the luxurious and very famous "Hôtel Negresco", the point of reference of the city of Nice. In the same street a cinema, and the Masséna museum. Near several shops and restaurants, the ?Rue de France?, the pedestrian street and the Boulevard Victor Hugo. Ideal for those who like bathing and want to go out in beachwear, while being in the heart of the city . Station in approximately 15 minutes walking, Airport at 6 km, as well as the entrance of the highway in the direction of Cannes-Aix to Provence.

Perfect Location! This apartment has everything you will need for a fantastic stay in Nice. My wife and I were in Nice for only 3 days, I would stay here for 3 weeks with this apartment! It also has undergound parking if needed. And only one block away from the ocean!

Nice and cozy studio in a very quiet neighborhood close to the Promenade des Anglais and the city center! Neat and clean throughout and has a great balcony. Good accessibility due to lift and NO noise from neighbors! Many beautiful mansions in the streets around Rue de la Buffa. Ideal for 2 adults from which to explore Nice, good shops with groceries close - REMEMBER to use the local market with a cozy atmosphere (Marche de la Buffa). Superb with parking in basement (free), Due to really good bus service - just 1 euro (2010) per tickets, car is not necessary. A visit to Cimiez area is really a MUST - and Vieux Nice is NOT too "Neon-a-Like" In short - my wife and I are in love with Nice .. :-)
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
