A 88 m2 three/four rooms flat , spacious and refined, classified ' meublé de tourisme 4 étoiles', very bright, with a view of the sea and on a pleasant garden. The terrace will allow you to take advantage of the sweetness of the climate.

Any comfort : internet, telephone, washing machine, tumble-dryer, refrigerator, freezer, TV, hi-fi, etc.. The housework will be done. Sheets, hand towels and linen are supplied. Private garage.

You could walk to the Museums of Cimiez (Matisse museum, archaeological museum and Chagall museum), to the franciscan monastery and several gardens (garden of the monastery and its magnificent rose garden, the garden of arenas and its olive grove, garden Bellanda).

You could go shopping (there are many shops : grocer's shops, bakery, butcher's shop, supermarket etc.) and could find all the conveniences (post, hairdresser, bank, newsagent, pharmacy and medical and paramedical offices etc...)

Several bus lines will allow you to cross the city to visit the Old Nice, Masséna square, the Promenade des anglais and the district of the port. You can reach the beach by bus.

In all season you can make many excursions in the hinterland of Nice ;

Nous avons apprecie notre sejour a Cimiez. L'appartement etait spacieux et tres confortable. Les equipements etaient excellents, il y avait une cuisine bien equipee en plus d'une buanderie avec une machine a laver et sechoir a linge. Les lits etaient confortables et l'appartement etait tres propre. La vue depuis le balcon etait manifique. Les proprietaires des l'appartement etaient accueillants et serviables, ils nous ont monte ou le supermarche local etait situe et a egalement explique le service de bus. Nouse recommanderions cet appartement a des amis qui visitent la region.

L'appartement correspond en tous points aux photos et descriptions sur le site. Le grand balcon permet de manger à l'extérieur avec une très belle vue sur Nice. Il est "hyper" équipé, rien n'y manque! Et surtout il possède un garage. Près d'un grand supermarché et des transports publics...
L'accueil des propriétaires a été très convivial.

Le quartier de Cimiez est magnifique de par son architecture, ses monuments et ses jardins. L'appartement correspond en tous points à la description sur le site.Il est très lumineux et ensoleillé tout l'après midi. Le balcon permet de manger à l'extérieur avec une très belle vue sur Nice. Il est "hyper" équipé et surtout possède un garage privé ce qui évite de tourner dans le quartier à la recherche d'une place . Il est situé à 5 mn à pied de la boulangerie, boucherie, supérette...
L'accueil des propriétaires a été très convivial.
En conclusion, bel appartement dans un beau quartier pour un agréable séjour à Nice.
