The nearest house lies at 200m, yet the closest shopping site (bakery, butcher, supermarket, pharmacy) is a mere 10 minutes by foot.

This exceptional farmhouse which dates back to the end of the 18th century was fully renovated with all modern amenities preserving its original character and offers a 7000 m2 land with natural water sources, fountain, a natural pond and a garden with 4 terraces.

Natural fauna with trees and typical bushes of the region, fruit trees and a garden of flowers in front of the house, where under a 35 m2 shelter, there is a barbecue place together with an extraordinary wood cooking furnace, where bread, pizzas, and a whole series of delicious meals can be cooked. excellent week end entre amis

Nous avons passé un week -end excellent entre amis dans une belle maison vosgienne au caractère marqué. La présence de l'abri avec le barbecue et le four à pain apporte un plus permettant de manger et profiter des extérieurs même si le temps n'est pas radieux. Les nombreuses chambres ont contribuées à notre confort. Bref en quelques mots: silence, farniente, convivialité,détente

Auch im Winter eine hervorragende Adresse

Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 8 Kindern im Winter bei 40 cm Schnee eine Woche eingemietet. Viel Platz inkl. Rodelpisten auf dem Grundstück. Extrem gemütlich abens an den Öfen. Wir hatten eine echt gute Zeit. Das war nicht das letzte Mal!
Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet für die die Bewirtung von 16 hungrigen Mäulern. (Hinweis an den Vermieter: etwas mehr Trinkgläser und eine große Suppenkelle, Schieber für den Pizzaofern wurden vermisst)
Die nähere Umgebung besteht zum einen aus einem großen Waldgebiet zum anderen aus dem netten kleinen Ort Granges wo es alles gibt was man benötigt ausser Touristenkomerz. Tipp: Der Kaffee in der Rösterei Canton (5min Fussweg) ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Allgemein: das Haus und die Lage ist zutreffend im Internet beschrieben.
Sehr gemütlicher Küche-Esszimmer-Wohnzimmer offener Bereich: ermöglicht ein lockerer Zusammensein. Die holzöfen spenden eine angenehme Wärme. Renovierte saubere Badezimmer. Zweckmäßige Ausstattung der Schlafzimmer mit einfachen Betten. Robustes Haus.

Wochenende am Lagerfeuer

Mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen kamen wir abends an und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles war bestens für uns vorbereitet.
Es gibt mehr als genug Platz für alle und auch die Badezimmer sind sehr großzügig, was mit einer großen Gruppe wirklich ein Vorteil ist. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts, sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Absolutes Highlight ist natürlich der Lagerfeuerplatz und der Holzofen vor dem Haus! Für ein Ferienwochenende im Herbst kann man es eigentlich nicht besser treffen.

Well appointed house, in lovely location

We are group of 7 who stayed for a week, in this fine location.
The house is a short walk from the nearest village, which is quite but does have the necessary shops etc.
The house is well appointed and has a nice barbeque/pizza oven area.

Heel erg gezellig familiehuis

Contact met eigenaar verliep zeer goed. Afspraak met beheerder klopte exact. Vrij stijl pad naar boven. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op eigen (af te sluiten) terrein. Zeer ruime slaapkamers en mooie badgelegenheden. Ruime keuken, gezellige grote eettafel waaraan 12 personen ruim kunnen zitten. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Hout/pizza-oven buiten. Weinig gebruik kunnen maken van de buitenruimte ivm tijd van het jaar. Rondom het huis mooie uitgezette wandelingen. In Granges sur Vologne 2 bakkers, 2 alsgers en een klein supertje. Op 10 km grote supers in Bruyeres en Gerardmer. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
