3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6+1

The villa and pool area is very private, with a high gate.The kitchen and both bathrooms were recently completely renovated , and the villa was also refurnished throughout, making it extremely comfortable.

Accommodation is all arranged on the one level: 2 x twin bedrooms, double bedroom, 2 large bathrooms (one with a large walk-in shower, the other with a bath plus a walk-in shower). Lounge / Dining room with digital Satellite TV with BBC, ITV and free to air channels, Hi-Fi, DVD, patio doors leading out to pool terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, two large fridges - door leading to a breakfast terrace. The lounge and all bedrooms are air conditioned (for cooling & heating ) .The villa has an alarm system and a safe.

There is a lovely mosaic tiled swimming pool (9m x 4m) with steps and a ladder surrounded by large terraces and lawned garden with a shower and BBQ dining area and basketball hoop. Six quality sun beds are provided & Table tennis

Service: Our property management office is about 3 km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the apartment and surrounding area, also FREE INTERNET ACCESS for 15 mins per day. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.

You can buy tickets to most of the above plus much more with a 10% discount from our local Management Office.

Golf: The beautiful Golf course Salgados is just 5 minutes drive away.

This lovely villa enjoys a wonderful location at the end of a cul de sac offering maximum privacy with pleasant countryside views. The Blue Flag beaches of São Rafael ( recently voted the 4th best beach in EUROPE ! ), Coelha, Castelo, Evaristo, Galé, and a selection of restaurants are all just a few minutes drive.

Albufeira town is 6 kms, around 10 minutes drive and the marina is around a 5 minute drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

Guia town is 5kms and is famous for many good value restaurants specialising in chicken piri piri.

The nearest mini-market is 600 m away and the nearest supermarket is 1.9 km away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is a 10 minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas ( mostly in english ) and Ten Pin Bowling.

Golf: Salgados golf course and its luxury SPA is just 2kms

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Discounts available for low occupancy (up to 4 persons) for low season.
    Changeover day in main season is Saturday. For other arrival days please request.
    Guests must vacate by 10:00 am.
    A 7th person can sleep on a Z-Bed (should be a child), which is available as an optional extra: £90 per week

    TO BOOK : By e-mail or phone. Booking is confirmed when we receive the Booking form together with a 25% deposit. The remaining 75% is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £200 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no problems reported by our property management office.
    You can pay by either cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card.( There is a surcharge for card payments) .

    We can provide a quality car hire service, from either Faro or Lisbon airports, or have the car delivered to your villa.
    We can arrange airport transfers to your accommodation cheaper than airport prices.

Our holdays were awesome. we were pleased with weather with people and all other things. the villa was really nice and in good place :) everything was really good prepered for us and we didn't have any problems. the cleaning lady did an awesome job everyday :)

We had a fabulous time in the Algarve thank you.

We absolutely loved the villa - everything was perfect with it. It was very spacious and very well equipped and we absolutely loved the outside space and the pool (it was fantastic that we were able to pay for it to be heated as it meant we used it every day).

We would one day like to return to the Algarve and if we do we would definitely rent this villa again. It was perfect for our family holiday.
