This stunning seaside apartment , fabulously located on the beach of St Georges de Didonne boasts a beautiful wooden terrace ( 18 m2) with a fabulous view ( the best place for the 714 and 815 fireworks ). With a direct access to 2 sandy beaches , this wonderful place is also walking distance from all the amenities for entertainment like shopping and cinema but also from a mini market and a boulangerie ( a few yards away ) .If the seafront and promenade are close at hand with bars and restaurants , the market ( with its fresh products daily ) ,located in Old St Georges' town center ,is only a few minutes by car ( a mile and half away ) . Just renovated to a high standard , nicely decorated , electric central heating , a flat screen TV with 18 free channels and a private and secure car park . It sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children in comfort : you can lie in bed and also watch the waves . A fully equipped kitchen : dryer , washing machine ,dish washer and oven .
Nearest Airport : BORDEAUX at 132 Kilometres
Nearest Train : ROYAN at 2 Kilometres
Nearest Beach : beach at 0.01 Kilometres
Nearest Golf : ROYAN at 2 Kilometres

The location also provides an excellent base for - wine tasting in the Bordeaux region ( St Emilion within 1 hour ) - visits to the Cognac distilleries ( 35 minutes away) - golf and sea-fishing nearby Royan - cycling : flat countryside and coastline cycle tracks a stone throw from the apartment - horse riding : several equestrian centers within a very short drive -( Sorry but no pets allowed and no smoking at this property ) .

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • You have to pay a deposit of 30 of the whole rent to book the location and receive the Lease .The rest is due on the day of your arrival (Besides : a breakage to cover the cost of any damage or cleaning costs deposit guarantee of 300 euros is asked on the same day , by cheque , and sent back to you 1 week after your departure )
  • Arrival on the Saturday around 4 p.m
    Departure on the Saturday at 10 p.m .
    The flat will be left as clean as it was on your arrival : otherwise an amount of 45 euros will be taken back .
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
