I searched for several years to find my vacation rentals. Several things make this the perfect site: It's a remote area surrounded by the San Isabel National Forest, yet so close to all the outdoor attractions: Monarch Mountain Ski Area just 3 miles away, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, hiking trails, mountain bike trails, natural hot springs, fishing, & river rafting.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee your reservation.
Balance is due 7 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations 7days or less prior to your arrival 100% of the lodging cost will be forfeited.
Fees And Taxes Rates are based on four occupants per condo. Additional occupancy is $15 per person, per night up to a maximum of six per condo. Subject to 6.8% sales/lodging taxes.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Gigi, The bunk beds are a great addition. You have the condos decorated so it feels like home. Skiing was the best this year. Our grandson really took to the slopes. It's nice that you are but a few steps away if we have a question. Can't wait to return for our next ski trip.

Thank you for such a great, nice place to stay while we enjoyed our family ski trip. The hot tub was fabulous after a long day on the slopes. Gigi - you exceeded our expectations & we would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a clean, cozy place to stay. The boys enjoyed playing games from the top & bottom bunk beds.
