Villa BellaVista is a superbly appointed, elegant, Provencal-style, holiday home with sweeping views from the Maritime Alps to Antibes. The beautiful, illuminated, swimming pool and the lovely garden with its covered terrace provide a tranquil base for enjoying a true Cote d'Azur experience. The villa is located within the quiet, gated, and secure estate of Les Restanques de Vaugrenier, just 15 minutes from Nice Airport and between Nice and Antibes. Both the famous Mediterranean resorts of Cannes, Antibes, Nice, and Monte Carlo and the medieval Provencal villages such as Biot, St Paul de Vence, and Eze sur Mer are within easy reach by car. The garden and pool are ideal for children. All types of holiday activities are to be found in the area including excellent golf courses, water sports, sightseeing and entertainment. There are fine restaurants and all types of shopping experience from village markets to large malls. The beautiful Vaugrenier National Park is a lovely spot for picnics.

  • The property is let on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday.
    Arrivals and departures on other days can be arranged. Please email or telephone for more details.

    The rental price is per week and includes: Bed linen and towels (weekly change); Cleaning (once a week); Baby cot and high chair if required. Linen is not supplied for cots; Garden and swimming pool maintenance

    Extra cleaning is available on request.

    Electricity is charged by meter, read upon arrival and departure.

    For the comfort of all our guests, we request no smoking inside the villa.

    To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the rental price is required. The balance of the rental is required 8 weeks before the rental commences, together with a refundable security deposit. Bookings made within eight weeks must be paid in full at the time of booking. This is non-refundable unless the villa can be re-let.
  • Payment is required in Euros at the exchange rate of the day. The total will be confirmed on your booking form. All bank charges are for the account of our guests.

  • Villa BellaVista is new, bright and spacious. The walls are cream and the floors are of cream colour tiles. It is decorated throughout with bright lively pictures. Upstairs is a master bedroom with a large double bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. There are two further bedrooms with twin beds, a shower room and separate wc. A cot is also available. All bedrooms have quiet efficient ceiling fans for the comfort of guests. Downstairs is a fourth bedroom with twin beds, an en suite shower room and separate wc. The sitting room is equipped with superbly comfortable sofas and armchairs, plus a TV with full Sky package, access to hundreds of European channels, and a DVD player. It exits to the terrace through two sets of French doors. They both make the sitting room light and airy and enable the garden to be seen clearly. The dining room is elegamtly furnished and also opens out to the pool area. It is adjacent to the kitchen. A child safety gate for the stairs is provided.

Notes: The delightful and practical kitchen is fully equipped with a large American refrigerator dispensing ice, a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, spin dryer and plenty of cookware, crockery, cutlery and glasses... Outside the terrace has a table and eight chairs for dining al fresco while enjoying the view of Antibes. There is a large Webster kettle barbeque to complement the outdoor living mode. . The pool, which can be illuminated at night, provides plenty of surrounding space for sun lounging. It is surround by a security fence for safety. This is removable under our guests responsibility. The spacious garden is planted with many species of Provencal flora and is amply equipped with furniture for relaxation... There is free parking for two cars in the estate road. The villa has plenty of cupboard space and ADSL Broadband is available for Internet access. For the winter, the villa has central heating. Guests also have access to the 25m estate swimming pool.

Villa BellaVista is a amazing place to spend your holiday. The house has everything that you need on your holiday. The ocean view from the house is fantastic. If we plan a holiday to Cote d'Azur again, we would 100% choose to stay at Villa BellaVista.

We had a wonderful time at the Villa BellaVista. The Villa was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The pool and yard were beautiful with superb views. The Villa was very centrally located within short driving distances of many wonderful sites.

My family and I along with my parents stayed at Villa Bella Vista in June 2009. We had a wonderful holiday.

On many occassions when booking a holiday the pictures presented in brochures and websites are not quite translated into the reality experienced. With this villa the opposite was the case - the villa was everything we expected and more. The photos on the website do not I believe do full justice to the wonderful view from the villa which stretches from Nice through to Antibes.

Every need was catered for in this well equipped villa (we were staying with two young children) and it proved to be an ideal base from which to explore the region.

In summary a great place to stay.
