Located in the ‘original’ Miraflores complex, this well cared-for apartment benefits from all of the features for which Miraflores is renowned: a mature and beautifully maintained development, ideal for families and couples. Located on the ground floor the apartment overlooks the swimming pool and tropical gardens, and has its own terrace and grassed frontage. The pool (plus separate paddling pool) is set in private gardens and includes a small bar, which serves drinks & light meals during the day. There is also a pool table at the bar. It is one of a number of pools available for use on Miraflores.

The accommodation comprises a large living room (including satellite TV with UK channels (BBC1 and ITV), Sky movies (1 & 2) Sky Sports (1 & 2), Eurosport, Cartoon Network, News Channels, Discovery etc, DVD player (together with a extensive selection of DVD's), separate dining area, kitchen (including oven/hob, microwave & washing machine), bathroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom, private terrace with sunbeds. New in September 2007 was a flat screen TV.
Local Amenities:
Nearest beach 600m, Miraflores Golf Club 500m, Miraflores tennis and bowls complex and swimming pool 300m, nearest shops & restaurants 600m (including comprehensive supermarket, cash point, a la carte restaurant, pizza restaurant, Mediterranean grill and takeaway). For entertainment ‘Club Miraflores’ is a 5 minute walk away, and includes a superb restaurant with evening entertainment, a bar (ideal for lunch or a nightcap) and swimming pool. A larger shopping plaza with restaurants, bars, bus stop and taxi rank are a 15 minute walk. Further excellent and highly recommended restaurants are a short drive away. Full details will be provided on booking. Car hire, though not essential is recommended in order to take full advantage of the area.
Ski:
The Sierra Nevada ski resort is approx 1.5 hrs drive from the apartment.
Golf:
The apartment is ideally placed for a golfing holiday, in the heart of the Costa del Sol. It is less than 1km from Miraflores golf club and its Golf Academy / Driving Range, and is less than 15 minutes drive from no less than 20 renowned golf courses.
There is also a golf booking agency and comprehensive golf equipment shop approx 1.5km from the apartment, whose staff are extremely helpful and can obtain cheaper rates than booking direct.
