Leucadia is famous for our kick-back island style, beautiful weather and friendly people. Come enjoy island-like paradise living in beautiful Southern California. Leucadia Sea Bluffes is a unique beach-front community. Its very sparsely populated, quiet, park-like, guarded and gated with our own private access to the beach. Our 1600-square-foot 2-story townhouse (bedrooms downstairs) has two Bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a 2-car garage.. You'll love how central this is to all San Diego attractions, yet still a calm sanctuary surrounded by nature's perfection. Enjoy this quiet cul-du-sac location and our secure gate to beach access just 1 door down. In July 2006, we re-modeled and designer decorated with all new furnishings, flooring and fixtures. Lounge around with the ocean sounds throughout the house, and relax on long, long beach walks. At low tide, you can walk for over five miles in either direction.
