Holetown Vacation Rental : Holetown

We stayed at this apartment over Christmas 2008 with our 2 children aged 4 and 3.
I cannot rate this apartment and the complex highly enough. It is fantastic value for money and we had a wonderful holiday, the apartment was immaculate and cleaned to the same standard once during our stay, it was very comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed and more.
The owner, Julie was friendly and helpful, always contactable. Our flight was delayed 24 hours and she sorted out all the arrangements and let the on site rep and transfers out from her end, we didnt have to worry about a thing. The rep, Tina was lovely too, she called us in the apartment on our first night to see if we had any concerns or queries, and arranged a transfer back to the airport at the end of our holiday.
The front desk was always manned with helpful staff, which gave us a real feeling of security.
The grounds were beautiful and spotless, we overlooked the gardens which are very well kept and peaceful, and the pool area had a fantastic sectioned off kids area which meant that our kids were never out of there and we were safe in the knowledge that they werent going to go out of their depth. The chinese restaurant by the pool is very good, and also does very reasonably priced cocktails! The owners are very friendly and were fantastic with our two children.
We didnt hire a car, we didnt need to. We caught the bus up the coast (I recommend sticking to the blue buses, we caught the yellow one back and it was an experience but not one we want to repeat!) but the beach, supermarkets and many restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
All in all we had a wonderful holiday and would not hesitate to return to this apartment and the Goldenview complex.
