Attached 70 sqm, 2 bedroom house maisonnette style with balcony in the Anglet Monbrun area, 5 min from the beaches (2.5 km) and 300 m from the Chiberta Forest (cycle paths, children playground and fitness trail).

Comfort, quiet and relaxation for a family or 2 couples in a very bright setting (South West oriented) - Sleep 4 people.

- 2 separate bedrooms. On the ground floor : 1 double bed. Upstairs : 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed (cot available).

- Open plan fully equipped kitchen.

- A television with DVD player and hi-fi system are in the living room.

- Bathroom with toilets, bathtub, shower and washing machine.

- Dining room.

- South orientated balcony with barbecue, garden furniture and a sunshade.

- Private parking (2 spaces).

- Pets are not allowed.

- Weekly rental (from Saturday to Saturday), nightly rental (2 nights minimum - except during July and August) and monthly rental (please contact me).

- 100m away, bus stop n°5 (St Michel) liking the Anglet beaches and the SNCF train station Bayonne down town Anglet and via Bayonne town center.

- 600m away are corner shops like supermarket, bakery, pastry shop, pharmacy, laundry...

- 900m away is a bicycle lending (like Velib but free) (from June to September).

- 1.2km away a Leclerc Anglet Mall.

- Biarritz Anglet Bayonne Airport (BIQ) is served by Air France, Ryanair, Easyjet, Transavia and Baboo and is 10min Taxi (5km).

- The railway station in Bayonne is located 4km from the rental. Note that the bus line No. 5 from the train station serves the St. Michel bus stop, 100m from the house.

This wonderful 18 hole course snakes around the pines and the ocean faithful to the British tradition. Par 70 with a length of 5.650 m.

  • - Weekly rental : from Saturday to Saturday, arrivals are at 3.00 pm and departures at 11.00 am..

    - Nightly rental : 2 nights minimum, arrivals are at 3.00 pm and departures at 11.00 am.
    (week-end nights : Friday, Saturday, Sunday - week nights : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
    (no nightly rentals in July and August)

    - Payments are in Euro by bank transfer.
    - Down payment: 33% upon booking with a minimum of 200 Euro (via bank transfer).
    - Balance: 1 month prior to arrival (via bank transfer).
    - Security deposit: 750 Euro in cash upon handling of the keys.

    - In case of last minute booking, less than 1 month prior to arrival, the whole rental amount is due via bank transfer.

    Please note that a seasonal rental contract will be systematically established between the 2 parties.
  • - TOURISM TAX due to the Anglet town council : 0.40 € per person per night except for children under 13 and workers - Teens between 13 and 17 : half tax

    - SPECIAL OFFER : For any 3 weeks rental or more, (except during July, August and promotions), you will be offered a bottle of Champagne to celebrate your holidays with fine bubbles.
  • - Sleep maximum 4 persons
    - Cleaning is not included

    SERVICES :
    - Linen kit rental (optional) : bed linen 15€/bed, towels 5€/person
    - End-of-stay Cleaning option: 60 Euro

    - For the sake of future renters, please do not smoke inside the house. They might be indisposed by the smell.
    However, the smokers will find garden furniture on the balcony to comfortably smoke outside.

    - As an hygiene precaution (smell, allergies...), our friends the animals are not allowed in the rental.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 33% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR750.00
