Amazingly Refurbished for 2011 - New Kitchen, New Carpet trough out, full internal redecoration, New Lounge and Master suite furniture. This beautifully furnished 10 person 2 storey 4 bed 2.5 bath home has great views of the 10th fairway at Highlands Reserve Golf Club. The ground floor consists of a family room with 52' TV, Blu-Ray, iPod Dock, a CD stereo, fax/printer. A fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a Wireless Super Fast Cable broadband connection, a dining area. King master suite with 32 ' LED TV and DVD, a half bathroom and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The second floor has a queen bedroom with 26' LCD TV and DVD, 2 twin bedrooms all with cable 20' LCD TV's and DVD and there is a full bathroom. The pool, spa and deck overlook the 10th fairway of Highlands Reserve Golf Course and facing west it offers all day sunshine and beautiful Florida sunsets. As an added bonus there are free international, national and local telephone calls.

The property benefits from an annual golf memenership at Highlands Reserve. Registered guests only through ur agent can book Tee times at Highlands Reserve without paying a green free for the round. The rental of a golf buggy is however payable.
