Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollar) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Security Deposit: You must pay a security deposit of $300 56 days before the start of your stay (or at the time of booking if this date has passed). The cost of any damage to the property or to any items in and/or at the property caused or any service charges incurred by you or any member of your party will be deducted by us from the security deposit at the end of your stay. If no deductions are required, your security deposit will be refunded in full to you 21 days after your departure from the property. If the security deposit is not sufficient to cover any damage caused or service charges incurred by you, you will be responsible for paying us any additional monies required immediately on request from us.
• PAYMENT CAN ALSO BE ACCEPTED IN £GBP.
  
  Payment: If the start of you vacation is more than 56 days from the time of booking a deposit of $300 or 25% of your total rental (which ever is the greater) must be paid at the time of booking. If the start of your vacation is within 56 days of your booking, then the full amount is required. This deposit is not refundable in the event of your cancellation or failure to pay on time as set out below.
  
  Period before start of stay within which written/email notification of cancellation is received by us.
  Cancellation charge: more than 8 weeks - deposit only; less than 8 weeks - deposit + 20% of balance; less than 6 weeks - deposit + 40% of balance; less than 4 weeks - deposit + 60% of balance; less than 2 weeks - deposit + 80% of balance; less than 1 weeks - deposit + 100% of balance.
• - Stays of less than 7 nights will incur an additional cleaning charge of $90.00 (approx £60.00).
  
  - Pool Heating, by heat exchanger, is charged at $20 per day (Min 4 days).
  
  - SNOW BIRD RATES AVAILABLE: Book for 4 weeks or more and save 25%. e.g. Book 4 pay for 3 inclusive of all taxes (excludes Pool Heating) (Jan - Mar)
  
  - Payments made by PAYPAL are subject to a 3.5 % surcharge to cover their charges (NOT MINE I HASTEN TO ADD). This charge decreases according to the sum paid so I will confirm this charge in quote.
  
  - Payments may also be made by check in $USD or £GBP
  
  - You can pay using your credit card when using Paypal.
  
  - Save 10% on booking of 3 weeks or more.
  
  - Save 10% on bookings paid in full at least 52 weeks in advance.
