Perfect place to visit Paris

This apartment is the ideal place for a family that wants to visit Paris without spending a fortune. We were five, with three children aged 7, 9, 11. The place is like in the picture, with two bedrooms, it is clean and airy but no luxury. Lift to the third floor, on the boulevard but no noise as it is on the back side of the building. There is plenty of space for three children in one bedroom. We had breakfast at home (went out to get patisserie in the morning) and went out in the evening. There are plenty of nice little restaurants nearby, we used tripadvisor to find them and again excellent value for money. But if you want, you can also dine there, dishwasher works and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. The owners are lovely and very helpful.
The location is perfect to visit Paris, we arrived by car and we left it at one of the local underground parking. There are two nearby, the closest is Anvers. The two underground stations (Anvers and Barbes) are a perfect basis to visit Paris.
We will definitively use it again when we go back to Paris. Taking the car from London through the Eurotunnel and using this place if the perfect way to go to Paris without spending a fortune.
