Local shops, including Publix, (i mile) Walgreens, take away, restaurants, e.g Chillis, Chinese etc within 5 minutes and other major shopping centres within 20 minutes drive

Additional information about rental rates

  • The booking form must be completed by the head of the party, who must be over 21 years of age. Deposits must be sent at the time of provisional booking in order to secure. 25% of the total rental cost must be paid at this stage.
    The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to travel. In the event that the booking is made less than 8 weeks before travel, the full payment must be made upon booking. Security Deposit - Manager will take Cr. Card details upon arrival. These details will be destroyed net of excess cleaning costs, repairs or replacements. You must accept your liability for additional costs if there is damage to the property.
    NOTE
    Cancellation by you. If you wish to cancel your booking, written notification/e-mail must be given.

    Pool heating: Solar heating is installed for pool. During months Oct/April you may require additional heating (electric) for which we charge $15 per day
  • Note: Bookings from the USA rates in $ are 2010 as follows:

Notes: Please note we have two lounges in our home, the second lounge has seating for six,small library & PS2 station. The main lounge, detailed above, faces out over the South facing pool area (see photographs). The kitchen area has a separate breakfast area, seating up to four, plus there is also main dining room, seating six, plus eating area outside, with table and chairs, next to pool and spa with lighting and ceiling air fan. pool has underwarer lighting also.

Villa Lakeview: Home is fully air-conditioned, with fans in all rooms incl lanai. House has full monitored alarm system. Games room provided, with 7 ' pool table and soccer table. Cable television plus bedroom TVS and second lounge with PS2; Broadband 5mb and free telephone calls within USA & Canada. 10 minutes drive to Champions Gate golf course and others in immediate vicinity. Shopping within 5 minutes drive: Publix, Walgreens, restaurants, , take away etc New Publix and range of shops within one mile.

Our Clients view: A number of our clients are returning guests - some for the third time!! (US Family) Recent visitors have commented that they have visited Florida many times but they have never been in a villa that was luxurious and so clean, and more than met their expectations.

Would not hesitate in recommending villa to family and friends, it had everything we needed. I din not expect when I put the specs into the computer, that I would get one that ticked every box!! woww!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Great Vacation Lodging

The villa is very comfortable. The layout was nice for a larger family group. The pool was large and stayed quite warm with pool heat. The area was very quiet, even though there are neighboring villas close on either side. There is a lovely little pond/lake at the rear with some wildlife that visit. The kitchen was well equipped with small appliances such as crockpot, blender, toaster, etc. There were plenty of nice towels and a little bit of essential items to get you started (eg. dish soap, garbage bag). It is a short drive to Disney & Orlando. Owners and property management obviously care about the renter satisfaction and were a pleasure to do business with.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
