3 BEDROOM APARTMENT IN RESTORED FARMHOUSE WITH POOL ON 400 ACRE FARM

Our family of five stayed at Mulberries in late June 2010. Great time. The house has a kitchen and living room combination on the ground floor. The larger second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom and twin bedroom are very spacious and airy. What is particularly appealing about this vacation home is that it is filled with antiques, unique furniture, handcrafted lamps, etc. You feel as though you’re visiting a friend in Italy. It’s very private and quiet. The owners, Phil and Silvy, are incredible hosts. Silvy took her time to show us around their farm and explain their exhaustive restoration of a separate building at their farm. This other building has six vacation apartments as well that are under a separate listing (they have different sizes to accommodate different sized parties) and is fantastic as well. The restoration they painstakingly undertook is impressive: the result is incredible. The apartments are beautiful and completed to a very high standard. The grounds are well maintained with a pool. We visited and recommend Montagnana (on the outskirts is Palladio’s Villa Pisani) and Marostica - old medieval towns that are living towns now and not filled with tourist shops. The area around Vicenza is interesting to explore and find various Palladio and Scamozzi villas. We have recommended Palazzo Rosso to friends who visited it and loved it too. We hope to return!

We loved our stay at the Mulberries. We were a family of 5 adults. The location was reaaly good only about 1 hour drive right into Venice. We found it very easy to drive and the carpark is just across the bridge into Venice by the train station and only 25 euro.Lovely short day drips nearby.A very good supermarket only a short drive that sold everything. The Mublerries was a really nice renovated property. The kithcen had plenty of everything to make cooking a breeze. The propety was spotlessy clean with loads of towels etc.The host's very helpful with lots of suggestions and gave us lovely fresh eggs and fruit. I would certainly reccommend this property. There would be so much to do here if you had small children.

An absolutely beautiful home and property, with plenty to do in the local area. My parents, wife, 2 boys, and I had an absolute blast exploring Italy by day and relaxing by the fire at night.

Phil and Silvy are outstanding hosts and are quick to offer advice and recommendations for activities and things to see in the area. Venice, Vicenza, Lake Garda, as well as countless restaurants and wineries are all an easy drive from this lovely town.

The apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, spacious, and equipped with everything that you need for an enjoyable stay.

This property is a must book if you are looking for a relaxing getaway, we're looking forward to coming back!
