    Week rates: 1000 € in mid-season, 1300 € in high season, 1500 € in very high season. Heating is extra from October to April ( if necessary ):, 200 € per week, 100 € per week end
  • Rental on a weekly basis (arrival on Saturday from 4.00 pm, departures on Saturday at 10am) and at the weekend (from Friday night until Monday morning).
  • Contractual booking deposit: 50% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR1,000.00

We spent a lovely week at the watermill.
The cottage is gorgeous, spacious and well kept. Bed linen are provided, the kitchen very well equipped.
The pictures on the website reflect the atmosphere very well.
The garden is huge and very well maintained. Lots of space for the children to explore, and lots of space to hide the Easter eggs.
Contact with the owner during the reservation process was always very fast, friendly and reliable, completed with a warm welcome by the caretaker.
Futuroscope is just a 15-minute drive away and was well worth a visit. We took lovely walks and runs along the river Auxerre.
