STUNNING VILLA, POOL WITH ELEVATED VIEWS, GAMES ROOM, FREE WIFI

We all had a lovely holiday at this villa. The owners are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The villa was beautifully furnished and very spacious and clean. The pool was our favourite as it was the warmest pool ever and we all really enjoyed swimming here more than anywhere else. We all felt safe here too. It is not too far from Disney and is a very peaceful area too. We never saw this armadillo that others often saw but kids loved all the little lizards outside in the garden. Great little games room and free wifi was great for the kids. Sitting by the pool at night was lovely too. I am usually a mosquito magnet but i did not get one bite the whole holiday. Pool can be made very safe if needed and door to pool sounds if its opened so you can hear if anyone small tries to sneak out to the pool ( door has lots of different locks to pool too).
Having a washing machine and dryer was helpful too as I didn't have to go home to a mountain of washing . The main bathroom has a very large shower with a fabulous large bath in if you prefer. Bathroom also has a massive wardrobe in it and 2 sinks.
There is a Pizza place right at the entrance to this little estate is handy if you arrive late and don't want to go shopping. I recommended Disney, obviously , blizzard beach , st pete's beach as the drive out there is so interesting and got some amazing sights aswell and you can easily scoop up some fossils in the sea. Also air boat rides here are great fun to do. So much to do in this area and amazing villa with lots to do too. I definitely would go back here tomorrow if I could and recommend this villa to all, you definitely won't be disappointed.

We have been holidaying in Florida for many years and have stayed in many villas. Carolyn and Graham's villa is the best we have tried and hopefully our search for the perfect villa is over. It is spacious and well equipped and the 'on site' agents helpful. Its outstanding points are the pool area and deck, there is ample sheltered space here facing west which was a small concern to us as we are not keen on sitting out in direct sun, but there is a strategically placed tree so there is always somewhere with shade. The view is marvellous overlooking the surrounding area and providing beautiful sunsets. Westridge is a very good managed estate with a high percentage of permanent residents, this means there is little noise, and the estate is kept clean and tidy, everyone we met was very nice. We tried Applebee's up the road near the Publix store and were very pleasantly surprised and a pizza from the local Pizzeraria was excellent. This year we treated ourselves to a swim with Manatees up at Crystal River which was a great experience and very educational but to see much you need to go in winter and you need to get up early in the morning..
The accommodation is the cornerstone of any holiday and this was great accommodation and it was a great holiday

We stayed in this villa and loved it. The villa was spacious and clean and very cosy decorated. We felt at home.
Our 4 kids played and played in the games room and pool while we enjoyed the beautiful view and quietness. Our next door neighbour was an Armadillo, just imagine.
The location is very convenient: the parks at 30 minutes, supermarket and little shopping centre almost around the corner, shopping outlets at 20 minutes.
We had a wonderful vacation and would love to come back. We can surely recommend this villa.
