Calme, agréable, reposant
La chambre était fidèle aux descriptions, neuve, bien équipée et très bien située (nous étions en voiture mais il me semble qu'il y avait des bus), dans un endroit calme, idéal pour se poser après une journée à visiter Nantes ou les alentours (la chambre est fournie en guides touristiques). Le propriétaire nous avait conseillé d'aller nous balader à Clisson, ce que nous avons fait et nous n'avons pas été déçus, à faire. Le coin cuisine est pratique, idéal pour passer un week-end, ou en vacances éventuellement. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. Nous y retournons d'ailleurs prochainement.

ESCAPADE NANTAISE
Situé rive gauche, non loin du pittoresque quartier de Trentemoult ,ce lieu permet de se rendre très rapidement dans l'un de ses sympathiques restaurants . L'hôte de ce lieu est un érudit, un guide précieux; de plus, passionné de canotage, il propose de charmantes balades sur L'Erdre, rivière tranquille, bordée de châteaux et de belles demeures ; et il connaît de bonnes tables pour terminer l'escapade de façon gourmande.

Calme et à proximité du centre de Nantes
Située au sud et juste en face de l'Ile de Nantes, la location est idéale pour visiter la ville, assister à un congrès (Cité Internationale), participer aux animations en soirée (restaurants, les extraordinaires Machines de l'Ile), ainsi que comme point de départ d'excursion sur l'Erdre, organisée par l'hôte expert en la matière. La location de vélos sur place est bien pratique pour une mobilité indépendante sur Nantes et alentours à toute heure et en toute saison... De plus l'accès gratuit à internet est un bonus non négligeable! Je ne peux que recommander l'excursion sur l'Erdre en barque avec guide : une demi-journée d'air pur, de verdure, de calme, au rythme de l'eau et des muscles du des rameurs, une bouffée de culture et d'histoire de France au son du clapotis des vagues! A recommander à chacune des catégories de personnes proposées ci-dessous, auxquelles il faut absolument rajouter les milliers de conférenciers à la Cité Internationale des Congrès, pour lesquels la situation du gîte est simplement parfaite, surtout grâce aux bicyclettes! Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, il vaut mieux prévenir l'hôte et éventuellement prévoir un service de taxi pour ne pas dépendre des transports en commun, par contre les chambres et salles de bain sont assez vastes pour accommoder l'emploi de chaises roulantes: de plus, il y a la possibilité de louer deux chambres situées côte à côte pour un ou plusieurs accompagnateurs éventuels.
