There is a family room area which overlooks the heated pool seating 5. The master bedroom has pool & canal views with double doors out to the pool. The ensuite to the master bedroom has a double shower - hairdryers are provided. All rooms have ceiling fans. The washer & dryer are located in the double garage with access via bedroom 4 which is a study with single bed. All bath towels are provided plus pool & beach towels. Beach equipment - coolers, 4 sun loungers, sun umbrella & child UV tent.

ON ARRIVAL: On arrival there are fresh provisions of milk, bread, butter and orange juice in the refrigerator. A supply of shower gel, soap, shampoo and conditioner is provided in the bathrooms. I can arrange for any other shopping you require on arrival. The local supermarket is open from 7.00am to 11.00pm.

HOW TO GET THERE: Virgin Atlantic flies from Heathrow to Miami only 45 minutes from the house and from Manchester & Gatwick to Orlando. We recommend flying out Premium Economy and returning Upper Class which entitles you to a free Limo from the house to Miami or Orlando on your journey home. This is the most beautiful villa we have ever stayed in - fabulous location, fully equipped, we spent most of our time relaxing on the luxury loungers by the pool. Mr & Mrs Evans, Bushey, Hertfordshire. Great for a weeks break in the sun - enjoying a BBQ by the water - our family will be back next April!...Mr P Wilkes, Edmonton, Canada. SNOWBIRDS - THIS ONE IS A MUST - I have stayed here 3 times - the photos cannot do justice to this wonderful villa - great place to escape the snow in comfort - returning in October. Mrs D. Mann, Edmonton, Canada. Perfect villa for families with young children - our 2 boys loved the pool - great for visiting Miami & Naples - and for my wife the shopping was out of this world. Ideal base for a family holiday in Ft Lauderdale

This is a beautiful, well appointed house situated in a quiet up market neighbourhood. Clean and well maintained, the house is exactly as described and offers comfortable spacious accommodation ideal for large groups or families. The lovely rear garden looks directly onto part of the intercoastal waterway network and has a good sized pool, barbeque area and plenty of seating and loungers to relax on- it's an ideal place itself to spend a day! However the house is well located for visits to the Ft Lauderdale area with its fantastic beaches, quality shopping malls and excellent restaurants. The owners have thoughtfully prepared a file with details of local attractions so getting the most from your stay is easy. Palm Beach to the North and Miami to the South are each only approximately 1 hours drive away. Both are well worth a visit but there are also plenty of things to see and do in between. Our favourites are the beaches at Boca and Delray, the restaurants at Las Olas Boulevard and Deerfield Beach, the Town Centre mall at Boca, Miami South Beach and Seaquarium. Also don’t miss heading inland for a trip alligator-spotting in the Everglades at Sawgrass then take in Sawgrass Mills mall on the way home. We really enjoyed our stay and were thrilled with the house – we would have absolutely no hesitation recommending it because it really is that good!!

Perfect Holiday Villa

Returned from a very relaxing holiday with my family and friends and could not have wanted for a better rental villa. It was a complete joy to spend time in this immaculate, well appointed and tastefully decorated property. The pool was enjoyed by all, especially the children. The location was ideal for the beaches (Deerfield particularly) and visiting the many attractions in the area. The information on the house and the local area was really helpful and informative with good recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The supplies provided on arrival were a welcome bonus. We are seriously considering visiting again sometime in the future. The owner was very helpful in every respect.
