The villa has a large garden and a private swimming pool, hydro massage system, h/c shower, gazebo, sunbeds, deckchairs, tables, beach towels; there is a lighting system for a romantic dive under the moon .The outside villa is wholly enclosed, barbecue, table-tennis, parking places.The rental is selcatering. The villa, more than 250 sqm, has been completely restored in 1999 and it’s very comfortably furnished also with antiques and great attention to the details. The villa is on 2 levels and can accommodate 10 people. A wide, well furnished income, large living room with fireplace, armchairs and sofas supplied of TV set (TV, TV sat, DVD, VHS) and stereo system. A dining room (dining table for 12people) & kitchen perfectly equipped, a large laundry, washing machine, ironing system, one bathroom and an armoured room with safe. The Sunflower bedroom has a luxury bathroom “en suite” supplied by a wellness centre (Jacuzzi bathtub &sauna), 2 more bedrooms& 2 more baths.

Villa delle Rose it's an Italian luxury country house sets near Florence in the marvellous Monteferrato protected area park. Highways junctions are nearby to permit you to visit Tuscany, one of the most beautiful regions in the world. The house is a nineteenth century building completely restored with care and attention for the details, situated in a peaceful position which overlooks the countryside. The private pool is surrounded by big garden orchard and a olive grove. The very large terrace outside has table&chairs for 12 to' eating al fresco' The nearest village is Figline(only 1,5km) and there you’ll find every kind of shops, (supermarket, post office, pharmacy, newspaper stand, bank, pub, lady hairdresser). Prato centre is only 6km far, Florence only 15km. The Tulips bedroom, a large double bedroom with TV set and a lovely pink bathroom (with a Jacuzzi hydro massage/sauna shower) en suite has also a baby bed. The Iris bedroom, the largest of the villa, with a big matrimonial bed and a double sofa-bed, bedroom has, of course, its own bathroom. The reading corner, where relaxing with a good book, has a double sofa bed perfect for two children's. The rooms are all spacious, all the bedrooms are furnished with style and antique pieces and the ceilings at sight have beams in wood like the typical Tuscany style. Villa Rosa is the perfect place for comfortable stay in quiet place but also close to the most Tuscany atractions
Owners are very friendly and helpful. Villa was very clean and the garden with the pool was fantastic. I would reccomend this place for all
