Beautiful property, recently refurbished, on quiet residential street. The house comes equipped with everything you could want including a kettle in the kitchen! Master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite with a shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. They share a bathroom with bath. One of the new sofa's in the living room also converts to a queen-size bed providing accommodation for 8 people. Spacious living room with dining area and cable TV, DVD and CD player. There is also a TV in the master bedroom, a DVD player in the second bedroom and a TV and DVD player in the twin bedroom. The kitchen comes with all new appliances including dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. Utility room with brand new washer and dryer. Covered lanai for restful evening meals and to watch the squirrels jump from tree to tree. Solar heated pool with plenty of pool toys for the young and young at heart to play with.

  • Rates are fully inclusive and are for the property not per person. To book the villa a £100 per week non-refundable deposit is required with the balance due eight weeks before the booking commences. There is a £100 per week security deposit required payable with the balance that is refundable once the villa keys are returned and no damage has been found to the villa.
  • There is a £100 per week deposit payable to secure a booking. Full payment is due 8 weeks before the start at which point the booking deposit becomes a security deposit which will be refunded after the key has been returned and no damage has been found to the property.

The property is just 25 minutes from Tampa airport. Alternatively it is an easy 90 minute drive from Orlando airport. This property truly is a home from home with everything you could ask for. For your entertainment it is well stocked with plenty of books to read, CD's to listen to and board games to while away those balmy evenings.

Places to see: The property is just 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches at Honeymoon Island. Clearwater beach is also close by. Take a barbecue to Fred Howard park 15 minutes away and watch the sun go down. Busch Gardens is just 40 minutes drive away while Orlando theme parks, Disney, Epcot, Sea World and Universal Studios are about 90 minutes away. Close to many golf courses including the beautiful Innisbrook course which is just a 5 minute drive away. The property is close to the Pinellas trail. Hire a bike and go cycling along 26 miles of beautiful scenery. The property is ideally placed for good shopping and restaurants. The nearest are within walking distance.

The Villa was exactly as described, and very well equipped, it was one of the first we had found to actually have an electric kettle.
The pool was nice and especially welcoming as the pool heat was on. The garden was not overlooked and surrounded by a variety of trees, all dripping with Spanish Moss. It was a pleasure to float in the pool and watch the wildlife -Squirrels, Woodpeckers and others.
It was very convenient for Restaurants and shops-the nearest Publix supermarket less than 5 minutes away. The ride to and from the Airport is short and convenient.. Busch gardens is fairly close, we loved historic Dunedin and the Pinellas trail. Honeymoon Island is 15 Mins away with great beaches and a nature trail ( Mosquito repellent needed). In general a good place to stay and plenty of places to visit

A holiday home with lots of extra's

Its always a little daunting when booking accommodation from photo's and brief descriptions, however, on this occassion we were not disappointed. On the contrary, the villa exceeded our expectations having lots of little extra's that really made a difference.

The location was excellent, very close to local amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, Malls and just a couple of miles from the beach. Also easy access to main routes.

Accommodation:
The bedrooms were very spacious and extra linen, towels pillows etc were on hand in the robes.

The living area was light and airy with adjoining dining space. We loved the kitchen with the large fridge/freezer, having instant chilled water & ice was just so good. The kitchen was very well equiped including dishwasher, toaster & microwave.

The laundry room had excellent washing, drying & ironing facilities and the garage had a collection of pool toys, bike, and beach chairs.

The outdoor pool was very relaxing and the pool man came every week we were there to clean and maintain the pool.

The villa was like a home shared by friends, lots of indoor activities, books dvds &cd,s that guests have obviously either brought or purchased and left behind for the benefit of other guests.

Our favourite was a guest book where comments good & bad and recommenations of places to eat & visit were written. Loads of local maps, time tables and menus from restaurants were in the villa all to ensure that new guests quickly settled in to the area.

The owners were very helpful prior to our holiday and answered all the questions and queries we had.

We would certainly recommend this property to our family and friends and if we ever return to the gulf coast we will certainly book this villa again.

PS, Discovery cove is awesome a must for everyone.

Great Place to stay

Had a magnificent 2 weeks In Palm Harbor. The villa is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool. The children were in it everyday and were very difficult to get out of it at night sometimes.

The location is great and so close to plenty of shops/ restaurants within 5 minutes drive at the Junction of Us 19.

Great location for beaches at Clearwater, we especially enjoyed the beach at Sand Key. Not bad travelling time back up into Tampa and its a straight run up to Orlando using the I4. Took us about 1 hour 30 mins to go there.

All in all a very well presented Villa which really suited the 5 of us staying there.

Beautiful Villa - Gorgeous Pool

This villa is kitted out to an extremely high standard. The pool is great and the solar panels ensure that it is always warm. Even with all 6 of us in there was plenty of space.

The accomodation is clean and lovely. We take villa holidays every year and our children voted this the best they had stayed in.

Very well placed for the beaches at Honeymoon Island and Clearwater.

A wonderful stay!

Four of us stayed at this house and cannot speak too highly of it.

It is beautifully furnished and maintained and ideal for visiting beautiful and interesting places such as Dunedin
and Honeymoon Island to mention but two.

It is situated in a peaceful residential area but is close enough to local amenities such as restaurants.

We would all recommend it wholeheartedly as a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday whether you like touring or just lounging by the pool.
