Our fully air conditioned spacious villa sleeps up to 10 is tastefully decorated throughout with carpets in the bedrooms and living areas and tiled floors elsewhere. Our views across the 2nd fairway are stunning. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice maker and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need. The nook area has a table/chairs for every day use. Our living area has cable TV, DVD player, books, puzzles and a selection of games. The 26' sunny private swimming pool, with child safety fence, is reached by patio doors from the living area and is screened to keep the insects out but allows the sun in. The sliding doors to the pool area have fitted locks for added safety. There is an extended pool deck with new loungers for your relaxation, pool & patio lights for evening swimming. There are ample areas of both sun & shade. The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
The lounge area is ideal for relaxing with a sofa, sofa bed, formal dining table and chairs and cable TV. The master bedroom has a pillow top queen size bed for added comfort, dressing table and walk in wardrobe. It has an ensuite bathroom with large corner bath and separate shower, WC and vanity unit. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, large built in wardrobe and drawers and an ensuite with bath/shower and WC. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, with large built in wardrobe and drawers . Bedroom 4 has twin beds with large built in wardrobe and drawers. The 3rd bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and vanity unit. Towels, linen and hairdryers are provided. The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Our local management company are based on site and provide 24 hour emergency cover throughout your holiday.
Golf:
Southern Dunes golf course was opened in 1993 and is rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest. It is listed in the 'Top 100 Modern Golf Courses to Play in America' by Golf Week magazine and is in the 'Top 10 Golf Courses Built in the Last 10 years' by Links magazine. The course offers players of all abilities the chance to play one of the most challenging and beautiful courses in Central Florida. It is over 7200 yards long and has become a favourite with both local and visiting golfers. There are five sets of tees to accommodate golfers of varying abilities. It features an elevation change of 100 feet, unusual for a Floridian golf course and is beautifully maintained. There is a driving range, chipping and putting green. The pro golf shop has a selection of Callaway and Taylor Made clubs for hire and a visit to the clubhouse and bar is not to be missed. On-course beverages and snacks are available throughout the day from the travelling beverage car. A golf course that is a must for any golfer!
There are also a number of other Golf courses nearby including two Greg Norman courses at Champions Gate and an Arnold Palmer, Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus course at Reunion.
