Beautifully-presented two-storey villa with private pool and lovely open views to the rear over a lake. The villa is located in The Springs, a peaceful security-controlled residential area which is part of the Emirates Hills development. There is a community shopping mall nearby with supermarket, coffee bar and other shops. More extensive shopping, restaurants and leisure facilities at Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall are a short drive away, as are the beach and hotel restaurants and bars. The villa itself has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, is air-conditioned throughout, and fully-equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay.

The property is approximately 30 minutes from Dubai International Airport, and within 10 minutes drive of pristine Jumeirah beach and the many attractions of Dubai Marina and its adjacent five-star resorts. Extensive shopping opportunities are on offer at the nearby Mall of the Emirates (with its indoor ski slope) or at Ibn Battuta Mall. There is good access to the Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road highways, from where it is a convenient drive to the many Dubai attractions such as Madinat Souq, Burj Al Arab, Dubai Creek, Wild Wadi and the Gold Souq. For keen golfers, the villa is just a few minutes from the picturesque Montgomerie Golf Course, or to the Emirates Golf Course.
