Casas Del Sol is a development of villas set in beautiful mature gardens opposite the harbour in Playa Blanca. The complex is mainly traffic free having a car park at the entrance but allowing access to the villas for luggage drop off and pick up. A solar heated swimming pool and children’s pool form the centre of this development with sun beds and shade by the pool. If you like being closer to the pool but without being splashed then this is an ideally located villa for you. It is on the flat and about 50 metres from the pool and 100 metres to the reception building.

This villa has modern furniture/furnishings, kitchen & bathrooms giving this property a very contemporary theme. Replacement doors & windows give the villa a smart appearance, the bedroom windows have security chains & mosquito nets for comfort & security. About Lanzarote First

We are a family from Poole in Dorset who likes to get away to relax in the sun. We have been going to Lanzarote since 1986 when Playa Blanca was a tiny village and we have seen it grow, we have taken our daughters there since they were a few months old and although they are grown up now they still love going back there.

We like the Casas del Sol complex because it is in such a good location in the resort being close to all the amenities but yet it is quiet. This particular property appealed to us because it is close to the pool with easy access to the reception and the entrance to the complex.

A superb location for a relaxing holiday where you can do as much or as little as you like.

Great beaches with sun loungers, parasols and water sports, various boat trips depart from the harbour as does a regular ferry service to Fuerteventura. There is a wonderful walk along the promenade which stretches from one end of Playa Blanca to the other with stop off for coffee or lunch in the many waterside restaurants and cafes along the way. The Marina Rubicon has quality shops and restaurants and a 2x weekly market selling local products. Car and cycle hire are readily available to travel further afield. There are diving schools in resort.

Nice place to stay

This villa is ideally situated for the on site lovely pool, which never gets over crowded.
The town of Playa Blanca is just a stroll away & easy access for the disabled.
A good day out is a boat trip across to Fuerteventura, the market in the marina is a nice walk around the sea front.
There are several other organised trips that you can also book

Our favourite holiday destination

The villa is very clean, fully equipped and comfortable.
There is a large patio for lounging, enjoying a late breakfast or a cool drink later on.
The pool is immaculate, plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas etc
The gardens at the complex are extremely well tended and very pleasant.
The harbour and village are just a short stroll away with plenty of shops and a good variety of restaurants.
A bus stop is opposite the complex with buses to the other resorts on the island or a local bus which does a circular tour of Playa Blanca . If you prefer to walk the promenade is generally quite flat with just a few short uphill bits.
The Villa minders are very friendly and obliging.

The place to stay !

The location of this villa & its layout is ideal for any age group.
Since changing to new cleaning contract everything has greatly improved to a very high standard.
The owners provide a good customer service & are eager to help in anyway they are able.
I would recomend this property to my friends.
I cannot recomend any specific restaurants as we had several take-aways, as we were so layed back we could not dress up to dine out !
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

This was our third time at Casas Del Sol with Lanzarote First. The complex is ideally situated and spaciously laid out as is the villa. It is well furnished inside and out and we enjoyed our bbq's! The pool is large and never too busy, our children 15 and 11, as always, made friends which means we had a wonderful relaxing holiday!
We love Playa Blanca and Casas Del Sol and will be returning soon.
