Photos and Description of the Legacy Dunes vacation villa rental
Sleeps 10/12. 5 bedroom luxury villa with lake views, a large private heated pool with power spa, and games room with pro-spec slate pool table, darts and air hockey. Free wi-fi internet access, cable TV and DVD player in all bedrooms. Situated in a peaceful residential area, yet only 5 mins to shops, restaurants and amenities. Easy access to Disney, with many excellent golf courses nearby.

Our villa is is situated on Silver Creek, a quiet subdivision close to Highway 27 and US 192 and 15 mins from Interstate I4. Disney is only 15 mins away, and a Walmart store is conveniently located a few minutes up the road, along with local restaurants and fast food outlets. We have a lovely lake to the rear of the villa where wildlife such as Cranes and Storks can often be seen. The large pool and bubbling spa overlook the lake, where it's great to relax in the daytime sun, or enjoy a drink in the evening watching the glorious sunsets.

Note:

Our house is fully air-conditioned, with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans in all rooms, and is carpeted throughout (except for the bathrooms and kitchen, which are tiled.) For the comfort of all our guests, the interior of the villa is a no-smoking area. A wide selection of cable TV channels are available in every bedroom, as well as the living area. For your safety, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, and fire extinguishers are provided. Local telephone calls are free. A phone card for International calls is available very cheaply from the local Wal Mart if required. A cot and high chair are available free of charge on request. Our villa is managed locally, and 24hr assistance is available in case of any problems.
