Adams Villa, Coral Bay, Cyprus

This villa had everything that you could ask for. But it will NOT be for you are looking for a small villa with noisy neighbours, on a large estate, overlooked by next door, no garden, a tiny pool and no barbeque. The pool was 5 yards from the patio door. Barbeque equipment was all there for your use. Your next door neighbour was 50 yards away and the next neighbour after that was another 100 yards away. The 4 bedrooms were large, three had double beds and the fourth one had twin beds, there was also a cot and highchair. The kitchen facilities were very good. You will need a car to make shopping and going to the beach easier. But there was room for at least 3 cars. The best beach (opposite the Correllia Appartments) was four minutes drive away and had free parking, get there early and you can park at the front under the palm trees. Although there is a reasonable supermarket 5 minutes drive away the best one is on the "upper" road to Pathos, this was about 15 minutes drive but for a big shop for food and drink it was worth the trip. Coral Bay was about 7 minutes drive away and there is lots of places to eat there but we prefered to relax and barbeque and chill out with our own music and not worry about next door. Costos and his wife Rania own the property and work in Pathos. He built the villa and they use it when it is not being used so you can imagine it is very well maintained. Costos comes out at about 7.00am three times a week to clean the pool, once Rania came with him and brought out a lovely dessert with her. They are realy lovely people. I cannot recommend this property highly enough. One evening at 11pm we were all in the pool playing cards!
