• Discounted rates for long stay
• At the time of the booking, we take a 25% deposit to confirm your stay. The balance is due upon arrival.
  The rate is increased with a tourist tax of €0.60 per day and per person over 13 years old.
  From 3 consecutive weeks, a 5% discount is applied to the rate.
  A 50€ security deposit is required upon arrival; it is handed back upon departure.
  A cancellation insurance is proposed at the time of booking. It is also used as a public liability.
  If the client does not want to do the final cleaning, it costs €15.
• During high season, the house is rented per week.
  In medium and low seasons, the gite can be rented per week, per night or for the weekend, with a minimum of 2 nights.
  Check-ins take place from 4.00 pm and check-outs before 10.00 am except in case of a prior arrangement between the owner and the renter.
  
  Pets are accepted after prior agreement.
  
  Upon check-out, the gite must be handed back in the condition it was at the arrival.
  Final cleaning can be asked, it costs €15 .
