2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom, Villa with HEATED POOL (this is available as an optional extra). This lovely villa is located in a cul de sac, on a small residential estate, with its own popular snack bar and is totally enclosed with walls and gates. There is a lovely sized mosaic tiled swimming pool of 8.5m x 4.4m plus Roman steps surrounded by terraces and a small lawn with a shower and BBQ. The pool water is cleaned biologically, is softer, so is particularly nice to swim in. Pool heating is available as an optional extra. Sun roof terrace. The property is totally enclosed by a wall and gates

Car: not necessary
The village of Guia is only a 5 minute walk. It is a small town with shops and famous for its many good value restaurants, of which there are over 20. There is also a supermarket and daily fruit, vegetable & fish market. The Blue flag beaches of Galé are only five minutes drive away. Algarve Shopping the largest shopping complex in the region is only a few minutes drive, with Multiplex Cinemas and Ten Pin Bowling. Albufeira town and Marina are 6kms, around 10 min drive. The old town is very interesting with narrow cobbled streets and old fisherman houses and then there are the numerous music bars and street entertainers together with regular free shows in the main square in the summer season.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices listed above are for 4 persons. Additional charge for 5th person (should be a child) : 75 Pounds per week. Air conditioning is included. Pool heating is optional for 125 Pounds per week. Discounts available for less than 4 persons in Low season.
  • Changeover day: Saturday in main season. Clients must vacate by 10:00 am. Cots and high chairs can be provided at an extra cost: Cot: £15 per week. High Chair: £10 per week. TO BOOK : By e-mail or phone. Bookings are confirmed when we receive a 25% deposit together with the booking form. The Remaining 75% (last payment) is due 8 weeks before arrival date. A breakage deposit of £150 is payable at the time of paying your final holiday balance. This will be refunded within 14 days after your return, providing there has been no breakages or damage reported by our property management office.

    You can pay by either cheque or bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, this can be done via our manager, but there is a 1.5% surcharge for credit card payments - no charge for debit cards.
  • If you want we can arrange your car hire and airport transfer, please ask for rates.

Service: Our property management office is 4 km from the villa and they offer friendly advice, help and assistance to all our guests including a welcome visit to introduce you to the apartment and surrounding area. They also sell tickets to waterparks, zoomarine, golf, boat trips and excursions at discount prices. There is also an emergency telephone Nº provided. All guests receive a welcome food pack with our compliments.

Activities: Zoomarine Park (sea life): 10min drive; Two Waterslide Parks: 10min & 20 min drive; Horse riding over the sand dunes: 10min drive; Water sports & jet ski on Galé Beach; Big game & Reef fishing from Albufeira marina just 10min drive; Krazy World (zoo & mini golf): 20min drive; River trips, Jeep Safaris, Sea day trips with barbecue on a secluded beach; Excursions to local markets and other places of interest in the Algarve, to Seville and Lisbon. You can buy tickets to most of the above plus much more with a 10% discount from our local Management Office.

Golf: The beautiful golf course, Salgados, is just 10 minutes drive away.
