Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Swiss Franc) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Charges included
  • A deposit of 30 will be paid on booking and the balance 30 days before the date of arrival. The rent includes the first set of linen (bed and bathroom)
    The rent doesn't includes taxes 1.3 chf per person per day (rates special children) payable on the keys with the deposit and the cleaning of 180 chf pay more.
    We ask for a deposit of 500 chf apayer cash. These amounts are returned if everything is in order.
  • High season rentals are weekly with arrival on Saturday from 16 am. Starts at 10 am.
    Never arrive on a Sunday!

    For other season, we require a minimum of 3 nights.

Fantastic Vacation

My husband and I stayed here with another couple in June. We had a wonderful time and would return in a minute. The apartment was clean, very well maintained and everything was as explained in the description. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. We enjoyed the kitchen and balcony. We were fortunate in that we had great weather all week. We were able to bike, hike, visit museums and markets, swim and much more. Thank you so much for wonderful accommodations in Switzerland on Lake Geneva.

Madame, We had a great time and the place will be engraved in our memory. We hope that we did not damage something, but we mainly spent the night in the appartment which is well equipped and we enjoyed every hour we where their. The location is excellent for making day trips to Lausanne, Montreux, Evian les Bains. The ferry boat is on walking distance and if you like trains you can see people enjoying them on the trains in the train museum. We had enough parking space to park our Cadillac Escalade near the appartment the entrance was perfect and we enjoyed the elevator. If we ever have time to go back to that aeria we contact you.
