In a very quiet residential district on 1200 sq.m fenced grounds, beautiful villa with heated pool and landscaped garden, perfect for many couples and children. Shops are nearby, 5 bedrooms, four of which with bathroom and separate toilet, lounge and 90 sq.m dining room with fireplace, laid out open plan kitchen, equipped sports room, covered terrace with plancha and relaxation area. All the comfort and very good service.

Well located between sea and town, the first ocean beaches are 20 min away (Bassin d'Arcachon 20 min away, Cap Ferret 45 km away Lacanau 35 km away, le Porge 20 min away, etc.) and large town (Bordeaux 10 km away, Saint-Émilion, etc.)
