Four pleasant apartments in an ancient farmhouse and its outbuilding, recently and tastefully renovated with great care. The house is situated in one of the most panoramic points of the Peninsula halfway between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno with magnificent views of the sea and the small islands Li Galli, Punta Licosa and Vetara. Peaceful position. Access to the property by means of a narrow road (800 m) which is accessible only to small cars. The main farmhouse has been divided into three apartments one of which is on the ground floor and two are on the first floor. A few meters away is the charming outbuilding with small private garden. Simple rustic style furnishings. Hot water with boiler. Air condition in all apartments. The owner occasionally lives in an apartment on the ground floor of the farmhouse, while another apartment is inhabited all year round. Distances : Sant?Agata sui Due Golfi with all kinds of shops, bar, restaurants, bus stop, post office and bank 1.5km, Massa Lubrense centre with all kinds of shops, restaurant, bus stop, post office, bank and public telephone 7km, the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento 10km, Naples (airport) 55km. At guests? disposal : fenced-in property with large furnished terraced garden. 500m away, elevated swimming pool (5m x 7m, open 15/06 - 15/09) shared with 10 other apartments, 100 m away restaurant (on reservation) and bar (open from May to September). Laundry room shared with the Punta Licosa and Vigneto apartments. On request and to be paid on site: baby bed (?20.00/week), transfer service, car ? scooter ? boat rental, excursions with private taxi with guide, bookings of places on beach (in August, the subscription to a bathing facility for the rental of lounge chairs, sun beds and sun umbrellas is advised), cook, babysitting service (Italian, French, English), laundry service and house cleaning. You are kindly asked to communicate how you will reach your destination (car, train, plane) to organise your transfer to your accommodation in the best possible way. Arrival Saturdays between 04.00pm and 07.00pm. first floor (accessed by an external staircase): large terrace with stupendous view of the small Li Galli islands, kitchen (4 burners, small electric oven, fridge 140lt), with dining table and single sofa bed, large double bedroom (panoramic balcony), bathroom with shower (washing machine).
