Townhome, 4 Bedrooms + Den, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

Almost 2300 square feet of air-conditioned living area. Two levels, with two bedrooms, two baths and den on the main level. A beautiful interior staircase leads to the main living area with kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Porcelain tile floors, granite counter tops and vanity tops, marble driveway and walkways. 12' x 17' pool with 3'-4' depth (heat is additional) with lovely marble pool deck overlooking the canal.

Top of the line furnishings, 2 large covered porches overlooking the pool, 2 zone central heat and air. "Den" off the pool deck with a pull out couch. King in the master, 2 queens, and 2 twins. Garage, gas grill, six T.V.'s, 2 DVD Players, 37.5' seawall with wood step down dock, water, electric, fish cleaning table and bait freezer. Locked storage for fishing poles and scuba tanks.

Cabana Club membership as well. This home has it all!!
