This top floor 1700 square foot air conditioned condo has a direct ocean front balcony and private beach access to wide, white sand beaches. Or have a swim in the private pool. This secure building is 45 minutes from Orlando airport and 55 minutes from all the major attractions in the Orlando area including Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. We are 5 minutes from the cruise ship terminal and 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. You can watch a rocket launch from the balcony!
