VILLA DETAILS :
We have tried to make the house as luxurious and homely as possible. There is a wealth of local information available on restaurants, markets, walks, days out for families etc. Individual 40sq m lounge & 21sq m kitchen completely separate from the 4 bedrooms. Cooling fans are provided for every bedroom for your comfort. In the secluded garden there is a fenced swimming pool (although, young children will still require supervision). Breakfast can either be eaten by the pool or on the terrace at the front of the house both with wonderful panoramic views overlooking Mediterranean sea and Monte-Carlo. Once inside the gates your privacy is guaranteed.

Food and drink In Monaco, there are a wealth of bars & restaurants, with every cuisine possible. Spectacular fish & Italian restaurants and an excellent restaurant producing regional fare, all very reasonably priced.
Live cabaret shows and superb firework displays in summer with open air Cinema in English.
In the quaint medieval village of La Turbie local cuisine restaurants & bars.
GOLF & OTHER SPORTING ACTIVITIES :
Sporting activities in the area are abundant, one has tennis, swimming, fishing, horse riding, bowling, many water sports and the beach.
Monte-Carlo Golf course 'Mont-Agel' is minutes away an 18 hole-golf course created in 1911, one of the most beautiful on the Côte d’Azur. Situated 900 m. above sea level with breathtaking views of the sea. Your handicap must be max 35 to use this golf course, the green fee is €90 per day.
The ski stations of Valberg, Isola 2000 and Auron are approximately 1 hour’s drive away, for winter sports.
