Gorgeous views from every room

We rented both units for a family group spring break. This unit was definitely the more recently renovated part. The furnishings and decor were very nice. There was an elevator to this first level, but no way for us to use it. The grandmas stayed in this part and really enjoyed it. It has two beddrooms and two baths. A small kitchen and table for four was plenty for them.
On the ground level floor there is a hot tub and a charcoal grill that we used. It is directly on the beach with a short walk to the water. It is on a street that is a dead end so there isn't much traffic or noise. It is only a block off of Gulf Blvd so it's easier to get everywhere. We were able to walk to SeaBreeze Restaurant for dinner. Fun atmosphere and great food. Try the grouper cheeks! It has a washer and dryer. This unit was clean and accurately described. Would be great if there was a binder or something that displayed nearby attractions, grocery stores, and restaurants for visitors. Free Wi Fi was a nice perk in both units.
