    The reservation deposit (Non reimbursed) is 25 of the rental cost.
    The reservation is confirmed once the renter has returned a signed copy of the current contract accompanied by the reservation deposit before the indicated date above.
    The amount of the deposit guarantee is 500 euros and s provided at time of entering the property.
    Normally, it will be reimbursed at the end of the rental. In the event of any damage, the appropriate cost will be deducted with the balance returned to the renter. If the damage exceeds the deposit guarantee amount, the excess will be paid by the renter on leaving the property at the end of the stay.
