Modern-interior 4 bed villa together with a 2 bedroom top-floor apartment accommodating a maximum of 8 and 6 people respectively, overlooking 7 holes of the Bonalba golf course with views to the sea and the mountains. The villa and apartment are fully air conditioned and have the highest quality furnishings. They are set in private complexes with private communal pools, gardens and parking. The Bonalba resort has a championship 18 hole golf course that tests all levels of handicap. The golf clubhouse has a superb newly refurbished A La Carte restaurant with huge terrace and panoramic views of the golf course and Spa. The superb Spa, together with indoor and outdoor pool, spa treatments, massage, gym, sauna, steam, jacuzzi and crèche offers an alternative for those who are not golfing and an extra for those who are!

The large 4 bedroom Villa has everything for a comfortable luxury break. Set above the resort with views of the golf course and beyond to the Mediterranean sea, the house has a large garden and sun terrace to the top floor. Standards are of the highest quality with brown leather sofas and modern furniture throughout. Air conditioning with 2 units and extra ceiling fans to the bedrooms. The 4 bedrooms, located on the 1st and 2nd floors, have 1 double and 6 single beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there are 2 further shower rooms. The Sitting room and kitchen are on the ground floor leading to the garden. There are 2 large sofas with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave and has full crockery and cutlery sets. There is a large dining table and chairs inside and out and the garden has BBQ and 4 sun loungers. To the rear is a private covered parking space.

Bonalba is located in the foothills of the Sierra de Bonalba, just 15 minutes drive from Alicante airport and 10 minutes from Alicante centre. The resort has an enviable position overlooking the Mediterranean and the beaches of San Juan and Campello which are just 5 min drive away. The Bonalba mountains present a spectacular back drop and many have experienced a spectacular walking holiday just a few miles inland. Alicante, with the world class marina, extensive shopping districts, beautiful espanada and imposing castle overlooking the City is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Blanca. There are a number of attractions and sights to visit within easy access of Bonalba. To the north are the historic towns of Villajoyosa, Althea and Denia with Benidorm being just 20 minutes by car or tram. There you will find the Aqualandia and Terra Mitica theme parks. To the south there is easy access to the towns of Murcia, Cartagena and La Manga club is a 40 min drive.

The master has an ensuite with bath and shower, loo, bidet and basin. The third bedroom is located on the same first floor. The fourth bedroom is at the top of the villa leading onto the roof terrace. On the top floor there is also a loo/shower room.

We've enjoyed very much this villa the last week of August with all my family. Everything at the house was cleaned and well-maintained.

Iis a nice place for the golf lovers.
