Villa Rita is a lovely, spacious detached villa on one level, which easily sleeps 6 people. It includes 2 double bedrooms, Spanish-style living room (with double sofa beds), family-sized dining room, bathroom with beautiful large walk-in shower and an equipped bright kitchen. The Villa has two private, secluded terraces. One of which is a picturesque garden containing Mediterranean Plants and mature fruit trees at your disposal. You will be surrounded by a calm, and relaxing environment where you can do as much or as little as you require. The villa also has available to its clients the sole use of the terraced family-sized swimming pool during the season. The pool is only shared by the family (which due to work commitments we don't use it much!). The swimming pool is always kept up to an extremely high standard .! Around the pool, there are sun loungers and table and chairs . Althuogh self catering, meals can be provided . Ideal for families or couples on a romantic break.

All the bedrooms have light, airy and elegant decoration and windows so that you can lie in bed and look out! Both bedrooms come supplied with all bed linen and blankets.

Notes: Due to Villa Riita being on one level it is suitable for people with mobility problems. Change of linen and towels is provided on a weekly basis. Parking is on road in quiet cul de sac, outside villa. The pool is quite secluded and at the back of the villa away from the road so safe for children to play, although they should be supervised at all times if they are non swimmers. the gate , giving access to the pool , can be locked for parents peace of mind if they have small children. Table tennis table and some fitness equipment is available. There are private patios front and back of the property and also a private garden consisting of mainly fruit trees,e.g. orange , lemons cherry pear and apple. help yourself if the fruit is ready. Although the owners are only next door you are left to enjoy your stay without interference. Of course if you need any help or advice eg where to eat, places to go and how to get there , you only have to ask! Many guests are now good friends! l

GOLF and PROPERTY HUNTERS: With El Bosque golf course just 15 minutes away, Villarita is the place to stay. El Bosque is a18 hole private course set in a picturesque valley and includes caferteria, restaurant and golf shop. It is available to non members Monday to Friday. The course at Piccasent is now open so you now have two courses nearby. Villarita is the perfect base while looking for property in this area. Why come out on an arranged trip thruogh one estate agent when you can stay at villarita and we will put you in touch with several trusted agents. We , of course will give you free advice and help as much as possible.

See the burning of massive statues and LOTS of fireworks AUGUST This is party time in all the villages: fireworks,processions, street markets and running with the bulls. LAST WEDNESDAY of August: The world famous TOMATINA at Bunol - join in the biggest tomato fight ever!! MOTOGP Usually The last week in October or early November. 9th October A firework extravaganza in Valencia All these events within 30 minutes of villarita.

The house is very nice and roomy, very clean an with everything you need to live like at home. The house is ideal to relax and forget about the stress accumulated the whole year.Rita and Dave are super nice and always there when you need them(always in a good mood). We recommend the villa to everybody that want to enjoy their vacation and go back home feeling relax and happy to have been in VILLA RITA. Thanks for everything.

Relax and Enjoy!

We've just returned home from our third stay at VillaRita - what a wonderful holiday! The villa is 'Home from Home', is extremely comfortable and clean with pretty gardens, and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday (including a barbeque!). Rita and Dave are great hosts and go out of their way to ensure you have a good holiday - nothing is too much trouble.
We ate most nights from the 'Local Chef's Home Delivery' menu, (accompanied by good cheap wine from the supermarket, about 1.15 euros!) and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of meals. The town of Monserrat is just a couple of miles away for shopping, and there is a market once a week.
Although we love to relax around the pool, we did go to the Caves de Sant Josep In La Vall D'Uixo which was a fantastic experience and on up to the wonderful beach at Benicasim. Another day we spent at Benidorm (well worth a visit), about an hour away by motorway.
There are so many places to visit and sights to see around the area that we'll have to go again next year!

Fab villa ,fab pool, fab weather and a fab holiday!
we came for a relaxing break in May and it was perfect.
We had the pool to ourselves; no need to go to the beach.
The villa was spotless with lovelly decor and so spaciuos, a lot bigger than it looked from the outside.
Although we came to relax we did go out on occasions, shopping at the local markets,lovelly Indian meal, and a three course lunch with drinks for 7 euros. At the end of our stay we did not want to leave so we will be back as soon as we have saved some pennies.
The owners Rita and Dave are perfect hosts with a mind of info on places to go and restuarants to eat in.
althuogh they are nearby they do not interfer and we come and go as we please but if you want to chat they are only to pleased to sit round the pool with a cold drink and natter.
We felt very relaxed and at ease, truly a home from home.

A haven of peace and tranquility!

We have just booked our 3rd stay at Villa Rita, and can only say we love it!

The property is ideally situated in the rural area of Monsarret, and is quiet and peaceful. The villa itself is kept to a very high standard, and is spacious and clean, which is due to the owners Rita and Dave, who are wonderful people, Dave is a fountain of information about the local and surrounding areas, and from Rita who works so hard to make your stay effortless, with nothing being too much trouble. The pool is lovely and clean, and you can find Dave quietly going about his daily business keeping the gardens neat and tidy.

We have eaten out at Heron City Entertainment centre, about 25 minutes drive, and have also eaten locally in Monsarret, but last year we used the "Eat at Home" service. From a menu in the Villa, you order your food thru Rita, and it is cooked to order locally and then delivered! Ideal to eat on the patio and sip wine without worry of driving! Very much a home from home! Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience...ideal for families,groups and couples alike! A car is essential to get out and about.

***** Eine schön gelegene Villa zum entspannen, mit einem tollen Pool.
Die Villa ist voll ausgestattet und wir haben nichts vermisst. Eine gute Lage und gut zu erreichen. Valencia und die umliegenden Orte sind schnell per Auto zu erreichen. Tomatina 2009 - Flamenco - ....
Dave und Rita sind sehr nett und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefüht.
Rita ist herzlich und alle sehr hilfsbereit.

Wir kommen gerne wieder und können den Ort, die Villa und Ihre Besitzer uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
Danke für die schöne Zeit.
Anreise: zur Tomatina mit Freunden / Herrenurlaub ohne Familie und Frau :-)
