There is an abundance of fantastic restaurants, bars and coffee shops within 500 metres of the Royal Palm complex. Try Aalto next to the Oyster Catcher. This is the new Bella Roma which is good but not upto this standard.
Italian,Indian, Chinese ,Spanish all on the door step as well as the ordinary bars selling local and international beers at exchange rate busting prices - if you can stand to drink through the karaoke !!
The Spar supermarket is 300 metres away with a wide selection of groceries and wines and spirits and is situated opposite the Royal Palm complex. It is good value, has a great range of wines, sprits groceries and wonderful fresh bread. No need to lug your shopping far at all.
Continuous Improvement: We have recently installed a safety deposit box in the apartment (free to use) and we have listened to customer comments to improve things on the terrace. We have installed a full blind to give more privacy and installed new wrought iron work on the terrace to add security. This has allowed us to invest further in some high quality patio furniture including new table and four comfortable dining chairs as well as two comfortable relaxers in same style so you can sit comfortably on the terrace of an evening if the mood takes you. The terrace is lockable and this provides even greater security and more than that more peace of mind on an already safe complex.
The apartment benefits from a brand new automatic washing machine to give a little more convenience to those guests who come over for longer stays.

My hubby and I squeezed in a five night getaway in this fab studio. It was our first time in Tenerife, our first winter sun holiday and our first time away without the kids!!
Cannot fault this one little bit. The studio itself is so well equipped and comfortable - my other half especially liked the fact we had Sky Sports so that he could keep an occasional eye on the cricket and football. Being light sleepers we loved the quietness at night and we slept like babies.
Other plus points for us were the fact its extensively equipped, plenty of storage and a powerful shower.
Everything is on the doorstep. A couple of minutes walk across the road to the Spar where we picked up a morning paper and freshly baked bread. Bars and lovely restaurants just a couple of minutes away. We liked to start off our evenings in Rosies Cantina (on site), during happy hour a large beer and a glass of dry white wine was 1.95 euros (very happy hour!)
It took us around 15 mins to walk to the beach and it was nice the walk along the pedestrianised promenade, stopping now again for a drink and a bit of people watching.
Taxis are just across the road from the complex and we paid 20 - 23 euros airport transfer.
All in all the studio and its location was perfect for us. Thank you Simon and Sonia for letting us stay there and we really hope to be back in the future.
We have just returned from a weeks holiday at The Royal Palm. Where do we start......The apartment, this was clean, bright, airey, modern and in a lovely complex! The back terrace was perfect for our breakfast in a morning and a chill out beer after a day out. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of sun beds / parasols on offer. This area is literally a 30 second walk from the front door.
The location was perfect for us, within a couple of minutes walk there was a selection of bars & restaurants offering everything from Live Sports, Music, Karaoke, Entertainment, Indian, Chinese, Steaks and our personal favourite......... Locanda Italian. The food here was AMAZING and not over priced by a long way! Beers at some bars for €1 during the day & all did Cocktail offers!
Within a 15-20 minute walk you were on the Fabulous promenade which extends all the way to Play de las Americas, lined with bars, shops & restaurants. We walked along here most days, even all the way to Fañabé which is full of amenities in a clean modern area!
I would definitely recommend the apartment to Couples & small families, the location is perfect if you want to be away from crowds, but close to very nice facilities.
Simon & Sonya are ever so friendly & helpful with any queries / advice you may require prior to your arrival with things such as Taxi's, Restaurants etc!

We stayed for a week in December and had a great time. Really relaxed before the mad christmas rush.
Apartment was clean and had everything we needed.
Plenty of great restaurants for nice meals out and close supermarkets to fill the fridge for breakfast/lunches in.
Stayed local for most of the week- either by the pool or walks to the beach. Had a day out to Loro Parques which was very enjoyable.
Walked to Las Americas one evening which we enjoyed and gave us a change of scenery and plenty of shops to mooch round.
Thank you to Simon for responding to our queries before we went and also for the lovely text to welcome us and check we were ok.
We stayed in this lovely apartment for 16 days, our first Christmas away from home. It was perfect for all our needs, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was close to restaurants bars and supermarkets our 14 year old son loved going to the shop early morning for fresh doughnuts! I could not recommend this apartment enough, quiet and peaceful, and Simon was really great to deal with always prompt with replies to any emails and queries. Thank you Simon will definitely come here again.
My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 1 week and have to say it was so quiet,clean and peaceful that we could stay for a month. Simon/Sonya, we would like to firstly say Thank You for answering all my e mails and for the break we thoroughly enjoyed.The apartment was in a lovely,quiet,and clean area and was very close to all the amenities required. Some lovely restaurants in the area and the beach in Los Cristianos is fabulous,about 15/20 minute walk away. The staff in Royal Palm are very friendly and helpful. Would have no hesitation in returning so Thanks again.
Studio 16 is situated within the Royal Palm resort in the quieter part of Los Cristianos. The area is clean and very appealing to families and couples as it is relatively peaceful with stunning views of Los Cristianos and the Atlantic ocean.
There are a couple of well stocked supermarkets and a newly built shopping centre close by as well as a taxi rank for those wishing to travel further afield.
Royal Palm and the facilities in the immediate area mean you don't really have to go elsewhere but a 10 minute walk will get you down to the beach or into Los Cristianos town centre where you will be met with an array of bars, restaurants and other facilities.
