It is ideal for one person or for a couple who is temporary in displacement for work, in transfer, expatriated, etc. Completely renovated apartment dating back from the 1900's, with new fittings, wooden floor, high clearance and fireplace: very high standard service in the heart of Versailles. A 4 min walk from the Rive Droite station (Paris is reached within 20 minutes), a 10 minutes walk from the castle, all shops are nearby.

  • We rent monthly for periods of 1 month minimum. After two consecutive months the monthly rate is 1700 Euros. A security deposit of 1000 Euros is required upon arrival. The reclamation fees are 100 Euros. Gas and electricity are added to the charges (meter reading upon arrival and departure).
  • We are at your entire disposition for welcoming and helping you during your stay here. In order to help you choose the "top tips" and avoid a waste of time, we will decode the French distinctive identity for you. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any particular requests.
  • Contractual booking deposit: 30% rent
  • Damage deposit: EUR1,000.00
