Fantastic locations,1,2 & 3 bed apartments, air cond & heated, garden apartments. within 2-3 mins easy walking of all amenities at Benavista shopping centre. 10 - 15 walking to the local beaches at Benamara gardens and Costalita beaches. The apartments overlook the pool in private secure gardens. Fully furnished with many extras as the owner's homes in Spain.Extras such as Satellite TV (UK) channels. DVD player & CD player, many extras in the kitchens,furnished sunny terraces overlooking the pool. Linen, towels & pool towels are provided for your use during your stay. The location is close to all the well known places, all within easy driving of the apartments.Estepona Port/Town 6-7 klms drive from the apartments.

Gibraltar 35 min, Marbella Puerto Banus 10 - 20 min, Rhonda, is a very interesting place & is about a 45 min & well worth the time. There are beaches all along the coast, many are drive on, where you could find water sports & bars, restaurants, sunbeds. Local attractions are Selwo animal safari, and Laguna Beach resort, about 2-3 kims drive.

There is a local bowling green apart Benavista and also Golf at 16 Cousres along the coast. There is also Petanka Tennis and many other sporting activities in the area.

Easy walking to all amenities 2-3 mins to all amenities and just less than a10-15 min walk to the local beaches. The apartment is tastefully furnished with many extras as it is the owners Spanish holiday home. Satellite TV(UK Stations) DVD, CD & music/radio etc. The comfortable lounge opens out onto the secluded private furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the early morning sunshine, which is perfect for that before breakfast swim and breakfast on the terrace. This apartment benefits from its location, as it is ground floor no hills and easy walking. All linen & towels including the pool towels are provided for your use during your stay. The apartment will be prepared for your arrival.

Fantastic area offers all types of attractions for all age groups & family holidays. There is such diversity, of interesting things to do & to see. Many old towns have interesting castles & buildings of historic interest. A selection of cosmopolitan restaurants & shops. Markets happen almost every day in one town or another. The beaches have bars & water sports, lovely places to sit & watch the world go by. An abundance of Golf courses are available all along the coast. The old town of Estepona with its delightful square is always work a visit & look at al the yachts in the Marina on Saturday Market day. San Pedro de Alcantara is also very charming and full of character, many Spanish bars, and cafes dotted along the pavements. Marbella Orange square with its little allies full of interesting shops, & eating places. Visit the Famous Puerto Banus and look out for the famous faces. There is also Benhavis a village of many restaurants about 15min drive. Plenty of activities for children.

Other Activities: Golf, Bowls, Patanka, Crazy golf, tennis, sailing...

Golf: The apartments are very close to some of the Costa del Sols' most prestigious golf courses, along the coast, Guadalmina, Atalya, El Paraso to name but a few. Around 16 courses in all where golf has, the best in climate for most of the year.

Ski: Drive to Granada to find the Seria Navada for all the ski resorts. It takes about 2 hrs form this apartemnt to drive to Granada which can be a great day out.

  • The rental is required to be paid in full 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
    To secure the apartment a 15% booking deposit is required together with a completed booking contract. ( which will be sent to you completion)
    The 85% Balance of the rental payment is due in full 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
    The payment can be by Bank transfer or in cases where there is insufient time by Crdit Card via PAY PAL ( we will send you the PAL PAL request.
    All rental payments are required in UK Pounds Sterling.
    Before the keys are sent or authorised we require a secuirty bond of £200.00 refundable after the apartment has been vacated and in accordance with the booking contact.

    Times of arrvial are normally after 14.00 hrs and dep are 10.00 hrs unless otherwise arrnaged at the time of booking.
    Last minute options can often occure so please always check on availability.
    The owner reserves the option to change the rental rates at any time.
  • The advertised rental rates are Inclusive of all utilites.

Notes: As the apartment is in a private garden overlooking the pool, it is quite in order for you to take the sunbeds into the main garden, but they must be returned to the owner's terrace and placed under cover at all times when not in use. Our smoking policy is NO SMOKING INSIDE THE APARTMENT please, we ask this as the smell lingers in the fabrics and can be offensive. We had a superb holiday in Beazur this summer it is perfect for a family holiday as its so friendly and the children are safe in the secluded garden.

We have stayed at your apartment 3 times now, and find its location to be very good in terms of restaurants and getting around.

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped and presented.We love the gardens and the pool as its so well maintained and clean

we had a lovely time at this apartment(aug/sept 2008). it was as described. well maintained and clean and some nice extra touches. a stones throw from the pool and a short walk to the bars, beach and restaurants. also no hills to climb. we ate out in many of the bars etc. not one bad meal. we would recommend a car to visit places like ronda and gibraltar etc. you could also jump on a bus that would take you to many places. we would recommend this apartment and area.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
