The apartments overlook the pool in private secure gardens. Fully furnished with many extras as the owner's homes in Spain.Extras such as Satellite TV (UK) channels. DVD player & CD player, many extras in the kitchens,furnished sunny terraces overlooking the pool. Linen, towels & pool towels are provided for your use during your stay. The location is close to all the well known places, all within easy driving of the apartments. Gibraltar 35 min, Marbella Puerto Banus 10 - 20 min, Rhonda, is a very interesting place & is about a 45 min & well worth the time. There are beaches all along the coast, many are drive on, where you could find water sports & bars, restaurants, sunbeds. Local atractions are Selwo animal safari, and Laguna Beach resort, about 2-3 kims drive

Fantastic location this 2bed/2bath garden apartment, set in mature gardens around the swimming pool. Sunny South facing terrace overlooking the pool and private garden.Easy walking 2-3 mins to all amenities and a 5-10 min walk to the local beaches. The apartment is tastefully furnished with many extras as it is the owners Spanish home .With satellite TV(UK Stations) DVD, CD & music/radio etc. The comfortable lounge opens out onto the South facing furnished terrace, where you can enjoy the early morning sunshine, and is perfect for that before breakfast swim and breakfast on the terrace. This apartment benefits from its location, as it is ground floor no hills, and has a wide range of restaurants,bars, supermarkets banks, etc.aWe provide all the linen & towels including the pool towels are provided for your use during your stay. We also have an English managing agent who takes care of the apartment and is available should you need to contact her.

Fantastic area offers all types of attractions for all age groups & family holidays. There is such diversity, of interesting things to do & to see. Many old towns have interesting castles & buildings of historic interest. A selection of cosmopolitan restaurants & shops. Markets happen almost every day in one town or another. The beaches have bars & water sports, lovely places to sit & watch the world go by. An abundance of Golf courses are available all along the coast. The old town of Estepona with its delightful square is always work a visit & look at al the yachts in the Marina on Saturday Market day. San Pedro de Alcantara is also very charming and full of character, many Spanish bars, and cafes dotted along the pavements. Marbella Orange square with its little allies full of interesting shops, & eating places. Visit the Famous Puerto Banus and look out for the famous faces. There is also Benhavis a village of many restaurants about 15min drive. Plenty of activities for children.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The rental rates are shown for the apartment for a one Week stay. Discounts are offered on selected 3 week stays off peak season.
    To reserve the apartment a 15% deposit and a completed booking contract is required. The balance of the rental is due for payment 10 weeks before the first day of the holiday.
    A security deposit bond is also required with the final payment of £200 which will be returned following the return of the apartment keys, and in accordance with the booking contract
    The deposit will normally be returned after 7 -14 days following receipt of the keys.
    Payments are accepted by cheque, Bank transfer, or credit card with PAYPAL.with all transfer costs payable by client.
  • The apartment sleeps 4 persons and the rentals rates are quoted are for 4 persons. However, if there are only 2 persons occupying the property, then we do offer an adjustment to rental charged. Please call for further detail

Notes: The apartment is in an ideal position with easy walking to all amenities.The apartment has full bathroom and a walk in shower room and the flat walking areas make getting around comfortable. Smokers are requested not to smoke inside the apartment as the smoke lingers in the fabrics and makes the apartment smell somewhat unpleasant. Pets are not allowed in the apartment, except on rare occasions when the owners consent must be given. The apartment is very friendly for children and offer a lovely pool in secured gardens where children can play happily. All amenities are within easy walking distance of the apartment, with many restaurants and bars, supermarkets & banks. The beaches are sandy, with many beach bars and easy parking along the coast. We are happy to quote for long winter lets 3 weeks to 12 weeks, our reduced rates will reflect a longer stay.

Ski: Drive to Granada to find the Seria Navada for all the ski resorts. It takes about 2 hrs form this apartemnt to drive to Granada which can be a great day out.

Golf: The apartments are very close to some of the Costa del Sols' most prestigious golf courses, along the coast, Guadalmina, Atalya, El Paraso to name but a few. Around 16 courses in all where golf has, the best in climate for most of the year.

Other Activities: Golf, Bowls, Patanka, Crazy golf, tennis, sailing...

We had a superb holiday in Beazur this summer it is perfect for a family holiday as its so friendly and the children are safe in the secluded garden.
We have just returned from our stay in your 2 bedroom garden apartment, and enjoyed our stay as we were so close all amenites and the beaches.

A great place to relax and be refreshed

This has been our second visit to this apartment and it was lovely to be back in what we quickly felt like home. The property was very clean and cool when it was hot, but we were able to keep warm when the temperature dropped in the evenings. We could eat outside or in and cooking was easy in the well equipped kitchen; although food does take a long time to cook in the oven. The beds are comfortable and we had the choice of sheets and blankets or duvets. It is easy to walk to the well equipped shops and a short drive to larger supermarkets. To get to the beach you can either walk, we chose to drive which meant having to drive quite a distance to be able to cross the road. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas, as well as eating in some good restaurants. The famous and best fish and chip shop in the area is two minutes walk away!
